Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great place! The beach was awesome! Barry was great at communicating, and very flexible! Highly recommend!

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

Look no further for your stay at Daytona Beach! Especially with kids. Super convenient location to the beach. Condo has everything you can need. Beach toys and equipment, Beach reads, fully stocked kitchen (crock pot too!), puzzles and games for kids, bedtime books for kids... favorite part of the stay was the beautiful view from the dining room. We loved watching the beach and city every morning and evening. Condo was clean and welcoming. Host was extremely responsive, definitely recommend this location!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Katie's unit in Pirates Cove is just like the pictures and description. Pirates Cove got hit pretty hard by Hirricane Milton and is still going through some repairs so the building itself looks like it is in disrepair but it's just in the middle of getting it's face-lift. The location is great if you want to walk to some of the local restaurants or want a quick drive over one of the main bridges to get you into the beautiful town area with local shops and eateries. The until itself was a good size for the two of us and the communication with Katie's property managers was superb,very quick to respond and offered some great suggestions. My hubby loved the shower, we took advantage of the double balconies to do our morning time with Lord separately and the dual a/c units made it great for us to climate control the areas we were in. The balcony closest to the beach made people and wave watching easy. We enjoyed our stay and the condo has a great home feel.

Christina was an awesome host and very responsive.The place was so comfy and had everything we needed and some. It looks exactly like the photos and it even smelled really good when we walked in. We had a good time and will definitely be back to visit.

Absolutely beautiful property, location was great right by the beach and within walking distance to grocery store, we thought the place was great very clean and spacious, Amazing host, we love our stay here, would definitely book again!

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

First of all, the inside of this rental is gorgeous. It is nicely laid out, furnished luxuriously, and the decorating is so tasteful. Some landlords neglect their property and take misleading photos. Not here! The garage contains all the things you need for the beach - sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and bicycles! Second, the location is ideal because it is right across the street from the beach. Third, Marianela is a gifted host. She is very caring of all the details and she is so fast to respond to text. She's great!

Beautiful location, close to restaurants and across the street from the beach access. The unit was quiet and as described. We would stay again!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

We chose to return to this property again because of the beautiful ocean views, amenities, and wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jonathan and Nicole’s place was amazing! We experienced the most beautiful sunrises right from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean and spacious. The area was quiet and charming, with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsible, shared recommendations on places to visit, and always responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for this wonderful stay—it was awesome!

This place was absolutely amazing! My family of four were able to disconnect from our everyday lives. We were able to relax and invest much needed family time before our kids go off to college. Christina was an amazing host! She was so quickly to respond to a couple of questions I had and was so helpful when our situation came up with a very late check-in due to a football game. The view was amazing and my boys loved all the amenities that were offered. We had easy beach access, food was near, shops right across the street. You park your car and forget about it because everything is within walking distance. We will absolutely book this again. We might have to make this a yearly trip! Thank you so much for your hospitality, communication and availability. I would highly recommend booking this “staycation”!

Wow!!! Probably the best place we have ever stayed!!! Beautiful place, beautiful view, extremely clean, and peaceful!!

The condo was gorgeous. They though of every detail, too. The only thing...the weather was a bit chilly and the condo's pool heater was broken. Not possible to control everything, of course. The management company was incredibly responsive.

Ana’s place was extremely clean and that is most important to me! It is a one bedroom with a king bed. Most of the units are studios so this unit really got my attention. It had everything you need for basic cooking. There is an elevator and ice machine outside of the room. There isn’t a laundry machine in the unit but we checked it out and they have several Speed Queen laundry machines that you can pay to use. Grocery and food all very close. The pool area is big and clean with a tiki bar that plays music in the afternoon. There is direct access to the beach from the pool deck. There is also a small heated indoor pool that was very clean. There are 2 beach chairs, a small beach table and umbrella to use. Bring your own beach towels. I would 100% stay here again. It was a great value.

This was definitely a top tier vacation spot. After having our two prior air bnbs cancel days before our trip we were scrambling. The host is very attentive and responsive. The response rate was amazing. The stay was even better than expected. Pictures do not do it justice. It is huge inside. So much space. The amenities are amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

The 11th floor penthouse condo was absolutely fantastic. Pictures are excellent, but still don’t do it justice. I can see why the condo has won so many awards. Condo has incredibly large balcony that comfortable y held all six guests. Bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and den are all immaculately decorated - but still clutter free. Lucas and team were super hosts and gave us a personal tour of condo on arrival and walked us through all operational details. TVs are state of the art, yet still easy to use. Our family had a wonderful time and will likely return next year. Again, 5 stars all the way around! Cavan

The Luxe loft was awesome. We flew down with 2 young children and was worried we would have to buy a bunch of stuff, but nope everything was provided, toys, towels, high chair, beachstuff everything was there. The condo was so clean and well kept. we had no issues with anythjing other than streaming tv but like ur at the beach so we didnt care about that. Everything was walking distance, the resort was perfect for our family and the boardwalk was so cool. Highly recommend this place and we will be booking next year.
