This is a lovely waterfront home in a nice neighbourhood where you can walk a few steps to catch fish, see turtles and watch beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit and dined on the screened in porch. There are many thoughtful touches and Melissa has really thought of everything.

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

We stayed here while attending a family wedding. The house worked great for all 7 of us. The half bath, in addition to the 2 full bathrooms was a game changer for everyone getting ready! Christie was very friendly, responsive and helpful even when one of us in our group accidentally locked us out of the house. Lol! Thank you for sharing your home, allowing us a place to spend some sweet family time together.

The stay at Bryan's property was perfect. The house is lovely, clean, and perfectly decorated for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Bryan was very responsive to our every need. It is the perfect getaway home to relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend both this house and the Host.

Nick and Lori were amazing hosts! Very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The lake house was beautiful and very peaceful which made it the perfect spot for my sister and I’s retreat to visit our old home town. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely try to stay here again in the future! Thank you all so much!!!

Our group stayed at this place for our wedding weekend. We had 11 of us all siblings stay and there was so much to do. The house was perfectly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Had waters for us, creamer, popcorn, s’more stuff, and even floss. The view was AMAZING, it was so peaceful to sit out there and unwind before the wedding. They even set up wedding decor for us and it made us feel so special. I had the time of a lifetime there with my family. Kayaking, fishing, movie time, everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this host and Airbnb enough. Everyone kept saying what a good find this was, was possibly one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in.

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

If you are a young family w children, or grandparents w grandchildren, this condo is exactly where ya need to stay! From the crib, to a pac n play, to a closet full of beach toys and chairs and sun umbrellas…. To an entire closet stocked w games, puzzles and a kids karaoke machine. The giant and spacious outdoor deck was the icing on the cake. The jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower were enjoyed by all. The beach is a few steps across the street (the street has a crossing light for further safety) and behind the entire complex is a wooden boardwalk safe for kids, with secret fairy gardens embedded along the route. Everyone was so kind . Our property managers Daniel and Cindy went above and beyond! My son accidentally broke off the storage key in the door lock, and maintenance was there within five minutes to assist.. very responsive and caring. The condo was stocked w essentials until we could get supplies We can’t wait to return! Thank you ! 10 star review

I stayed here while going to a festival in Daytona and it was ideal. Super close to the beach, with an outdoor pool for the resort too. Miriam was very helpful and responded quickly to all queries!

Angelina was a great host! Very responsive and was prompt when needing to fix a WiFi issue. House as pictured, and stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen items. Enjoyed the beautiful lake and surroundings. Very close (5 min) to Boombah Sports complex.

Where do I start? This place is incredible!! Its perfect, in that there are views of the ocean out every window, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, one with a great shower and other with a huge bath tub with jets. The kitchen is user friendly, there are 2 refrigerators, a coffee maker area with a small sink. This condo is one floor above the pool, access to the ocean and the tiki bar. I would say it is the most convenient place i have ever had. I could go on and on, but this place is a 5++++++! I recommend it highly!! Ryan is wonderful and communicates quickly! I just can't say enough about how thankful I am for this vacation!!!

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Beautifully setup place, had all the amenities one would need. Clear instructions and very reasonable requests for checkout/ cleaning. LarryKaren were proactive and checked in if we needed anything. They accommodated our request to readjust the dates as we had change of plans. The patio setup was amazing, unfortunately was too cold at the time for us. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit.

The cottage is perfectly laid out with lovely details and decor. Nice, quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown for restaurants and shopping. It’s so nice to stay in a place where the host thinks the little details like readers and a pen and paper and extra toiletries. The three outside areas for lounging in the great weather also really added to the enjoyment of our trip.

This was a perfect spot for our dance competition and fit everyone comfortably!
