Tucked in a tranquil and quiet spot with a spotless bathroom in another section, the Ovens river just minutes walk from the airbnb, and the city centre just a few minutes drive, my stay at Pachamama was such a memorable experience that I’ll remember for years to come. Katie and Jean-Louis were responsive, friendly and welcoming hosts, and the caravan was fully equipped to be able to cook basic meals. I was worried it would get cold at night but with the windows closed it was perfectly insulated and warm. I also loved the outdoor table and bench just outside the caravan so we could eat or have a cup of tea sitting there. Overall the experience was exactly what I expected and wanted :)

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our 10 and 13 year old boys loved the open fire…perfecting their marshmallow toasting. We enjoyed the company of Steve and Julie, the other guests, the Roos and birds. Delicious food. Thousands of stars on a clear night! A beautiful time of year to visit. Might be back sooner than we imagine with our boys hectoring us to go back. Thanks guys!

Lovely place to stay with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!! Only issue was following the directions from air bnb…should highlight the Darlington Holiday park to make it easier to find.

Patricia’s place was absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake are stunning - better than what the pictures can even show. The house was clean and homely, and it had everything we needed for our visit. The additional caravan accomodation was just as nice as the house. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for having us. Five stars.

We had a fantastic time staying in the air stream. It was exceptionally clean and perfect for our stay. Our 11 year old son came after granny decided that she couldn't cope for 3 days. I contacted Suzie to ask if it was OK, Suzie immediately contacted me with the OK. We would definitely be happy to come back to stay again. Suzie and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks heaps for having us.

Everything about our stay was great especially the outdoor area so well protected from the mozzies. Great location so close to the lake and beach

This place was perfect! We stayed here one night to breakup our drive from Adelaide to Sydney and we wish we had stayed longer! Everything was clean and the host was friendly. The food was delicious and the stars were absolutely amazing!

Cozy Stay at Kalaru Caravan Our stay at Kalaru Caravan was a wonderful nature retreat! Though tiny, the caravan was comfortable, and the beautiful surroundings made it truly special. We loved the short walk to the river and the peaceful atmosphere. The BBQ facility made our night extra special, and in the morning, we enjoyed watching the farm animals being fed. For those who love camping, there’s also a stunning campsite on the property. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Consider us charmed! Absolutely loved our stay in Flo so much so that we extended another night. It was the perfect getaway with our dog during a heatwave. The sandy beach on the lake, just a minute walk from the accommodation was our biggest highlight - we had the beach all to ourselves over 3 days. The option of using the paddleboard and canoe was a bonus. We also loved the outdoor bath - ideal for relaxing and spotting shooting stars. This is the ideal getaway to slow down and switch off. Make sure to bring plenty of food for cook ups on the bbq. Billy the border collie was gorgeous and very friendly towards our dog. We plan to return! Gaby and Lindsay were lovely and very accommodating hosts.

We were surrounded by different farm animals, and we quite enjoyed this tranquil environment. The host welcomed us warmly, Maria’s caravan is not just a caravan, it’s more like a home, a perfect stopping point when you travel along the coast. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

If you’re looking for a stand out place to stay, you’ve found it. I knew from the minute I found this place online that it was going to be a truly incredible experience, and so it was. So if you find yourself reading this, save some time and book yourself in, you won’t be disappointed with the venue or the location. We took bikes with us and rode into Wollombi every day, the local pub, cafe and shops were convenient. We took the car to Broke to the recommended wineries and had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 2 nights and it couldn’t have been more private or breathtaking. The woodfired hot tub was truly unique, and that along with our own firepit to cook dinner on, gave us a chance to really connect with each other, the nature, local animals and our surroundings. We brought our own food, the kitchens were well equipped with everything you need, and there was even a little hutch gift in the fridge for us. A very lovely airbnb touch!

Andrew’s place was beautiful. It was so peaceful & calm. We loved spending the night out on the farm with the conveniences we have at home. Check in was great, Andrew is super lovely and communicative. Would stay again!

After a long week at work checking in late afternoon to a bottle of red and some cookies were delightful! The place is as described and provided an amazing getaway for my partner and I to regroup and connect quickly.

Quirine was an extremely friendly and helpful host. It was such a fun experience staying in this cute little bus, very much like camping and we enjoyed our time here.

I've stayed at the Railroad Park in Shasta CA and know all about these types of accommodations. The reviews are accurate and it's a bit rustic but overall fantastic. We did have some issues that the host resolved quickly and amicably. No heat in the main section, only at each end in each room but my room heat did not work nor was there a space heater, at 42C in the early morning, I was under 3 blankets. There are 3 barbecue grills, 2 are rusted and the third one wouldn't ignite. Eat in town. There is no dedicated workspace. A table, chair, outlet and wifi do not mean dedicated workspace. That needs to have a neutral background and free of noise and distractions. The only area is the main living area which is shared with whomever you are with and will be subject to their noise. I am a digital nomad so this matters to me. If you are just vacationing then no biggie. Otherwise the place is very serene unique and generally comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. 5 stars

My stay at the Ithaca tiny truck was brilliant. The location is lovely and quiet and the tiny truck is perfect for a long weekend away. The bed was very comfortable and the truck has all the amenities you require. The hosts were super responsive and gave some great recommendations on things to do and see.

Had the most magical and relaxing stay at Jenn’s place. The property was remote and stunning, so many birds and of course the lovely farm animals! The bath was incredible. Jenn even went above and beyond to provide fresh produce and home made goodies that were delicious! She also made sure I got in safely with the wet weather that was happening which as a solo traveller really helped. Thank you so much Jenn, look forward to coming back!

Sandie and Chas were wonderful hosts. My Parter and I loved the accommodation. Everything in town is withing walking distance. My partner and I took the opportunity to cool off at the local pool as the day was quite warm. Sandy and Chas went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Will return, and highly recommend this place!
