Great location and very clean home, would stay again

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

Loved our stay in Amaroo Valley Springs. Quiet and beautiful, perfect to get away from the city. Andy is a fantastic host. He set up chairs down by the river where we had a swim. There was fresh eggs, milk, bread and even wine when we arrived! We loved waking up to the wildlife outside our window. The pictures don’t do it justice! Would highly recommend this stay

We had a lovely stay. Our kids were impressed with the kids area and went straight to the toys as we unpacked. Very quiet and peaceful and a lovely outdoor area

Andrew really was a super host - warm , welcoming and very helpful. The place was way better than it looked in the photos ( even though the photos were fine!) It was so quiet, clean , comfortable and modern. Comfy beds, air con, smart TV, wifi , full kitchen etc and most important for us , close to Shark Park for the football !We will be back !

The flat has plenty of space and it’s well protected vs mosquitoes which is great in this tropical weather- close to everything you may need

Had a fantastic time! Accommodation was excellent, perfect for families. Beach across the road was safe, not too rough and a nice spot to sit in the shade and enjoy the ocean! Great for kids and easy driving distance to local shops and other amenities in the area. Very quiet street.

John and Leigh were amazing hosts. Checking in was made super easy/ straight forward. The place was clean, spacious and very well laid out. As seen in photos. A great place for small and large groups of people. We booked and stayed for 3 people however had the entire property to ourselves. Also had great amenities you don’t usually see at airbnbs (kitchen, bathrooms etc).

The location is brilliant with the water accessible at the bottom of the yard. James was extremely responsive with all communication and the house is perfect for large families or small groups. A great beach getaway for the weekend.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

5 stars for everything! Our stay in Bella Vista was incredible. Thank you so much to Deb! We will hopefully be back next year! A stunning property in the perfect location, and perfect for kids too. The pool looked incredible and can’t wait for that to be finished. Gardens are stunning. We did end up with purple feet due to the grapes falling off the vines lol but that was no issue. Loved the stay, host is amazing and will treasure the memories forever. Thanks Deb!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be coming back. The house was super clean and Rowena was so lovely to talk to and made sure to go the extra mile sending us in the right direction of the best places in town and all its attractions and offering a free bottle of wine on arrival. The fire place was AMAZING while listening to the rain outside and definitely the most comfortable bed/bedding we have EVER slept in!!

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. Awesome stay, Perfect location! The house itself is beautiful, huge bedrooms with ensuite’s and great kitchen. 2 parking spaces are also very handy. I would highly recommend this place.

The house is beautiful, modern and comfortable. It was such a pleasure to stay there. I wish we could have had more time to enjoy it.

Firefly was even better than we thought it was going to be. Complete privacy, awesome accommodations and everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and Wayne & Jodie were lovely hosts. We will definitely return.

If you love historical houses, or not. "Rosslyn" is an experience. The photos don't do it justice. I thought it was incredible. It is like step back in time but with all the modern conveniences anyone could as for. A very well-appointed kitchen very spacious rooms each filled with their own charming little nick-nacks. Honestly the few creaky floorboards added to the charm, but you hardly notice walking through as the hugely high ceilings and so many interesting things to look at keep you intrigued and distracted. Deb was an incredible host, and I was so happy for her to meet us there and show around and give us a bit of history about the house. An unobtrusive text to see if we needed anything was welcomed. (we stayed for 10 nights) On arrival there was plentiful choice of complimentary breakfast items. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I was there with my team for work but would love to bring my family to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at tigerlilly! It was so comfortable. And it was a great location. Just walk across the street to the beach or to the treehouse restaurant. We had a minor issue and Lois responded right away and took action. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and comfortable and the extras that Joanne left for us was such a treat. It is very family friendly with pool toys, bikes, board games to name a few. Highly recommend.

This is the second year we have stayed here for our family holiday and we will definitely be back! Perfect location, walking distance to Belongil Beach with glorious swimming and you can hear the waves at night. Away from the craziness of Byron town centre, so we really felt we had been away as a family together. Town is still very close and walking distance away so a perfect location for all the family. Deb and Sarah were always very responsive and available if required- perfect hosts. The house was perfect for us and as described, in a very quiet and peaceful location.

Tess’s house was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of room for our adult children & space for our granddaughter to play. The pool and outdoor area was terrific & the location across the road from the beach was perfect. The kitchen, large dining table, living room and balconies were in constant use for family gatherings.
