New Taipei City : locations de vacances avec suite privative

The place is very conveniently located to explore Daxi Old Street or as base for further places. There's one designated parking space which the host will direct you to it. The host is very nice and helpful. She responded to our enquiries prior to our stay, explained the area using a map. The room is clean and comfortable. The temperature dropped during our stay and the electric blanket really helped.

Host was super helpful and friendly from check in to check out! thank you so much for making us feel at home and helping us with the luggage’s in the rain! just take note that there are lots of stairs, which makes for good exercise ;)

Sher was a very accommodating and pleasant host. I had a great experience living at her place! You really can't beat the location here: literally a few minutes walk to the MRT, major express bus station, shopping district, etc etc. The apartment itself is very nice. Especially loved the Japanese style bathtub! Sher made sure we had everything we needed during our weeklong stay. Everything was very clean as well--definitely amongst the cleanest airbnb experiences I've had. I think there was a complaint about fleas or something by a previous tenant. I just want to clarify that neither me nor my dad experienced anything of that nature during our stay. Really, you can tell Sher went above and beyond in cleaning the place. Overall, really recommend Sher if you'll be staying in Taipei. Especially if you have a family or a couple people, her place is just about perfect! And again if I didn't make it clear enough already, Sher is a wonderful host who really wants you to enjoy your stay!

Ronny is a great host, responsive and very helpful with any queries you may have. The room is tidy, cozy and clean. The place is within walking distance (a few minutes walk) to Taipei main station. Lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Great place and location. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

Very well designed and laid out place. We stayed here during a typhoon and it was a nice place to spend the time and there was plenty of space to exercise and keep active. We were also able to cook all our meals. Very nice lighting and atmosphere!

The pluses: - Location. Closed to Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT. There are shopping centres and other things nearby - Rosalia is a responsive host. She listened to my feedback and attempted her best to remediate issues I reported - self check in, very easy and straightforward - the washing machine includes drier. Definitely so convenient - there is simple kitchen facility. I didn’t use it though as so many restaurants surrounding the area. The downsides: - the address stated in Airbnb (after booking) is not the same as the actual location. Possibly due to language barrier. Nevertheless, its actual location is just close by. - bathroom was not in the best condition. Need to turn on the exhaust fan to get rid of the sewage smell. But Rosalia was responsive to change the curtain - some of the light bulbs were broken. But again, host was responsive upon receiving my messages - some of the furniture need to be renovated. Was informed it’s not in its original shape due to recent earthquake.

I had a fantastic stay at Gill's place in Taipei! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Gill was an excellent host—her communication was clear and timely, and she was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Taipei!
