New Town, Prague : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

We had a great stay at Natalia and Alex‘s place. The location is really good, it’s not far from the city center (20 minute walk) and easyly rechable from the main train station. Additionally it is surrounded by a lot of great restaurants. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen was equipped with all necessities (we didn’t need or use any of them though due to all the restaurants around the flat). All in all, we had really nice time here :)

All in all, a very cozy and uncomplicated spot to rest for a weekend.

프라하에서 이 숙소를 만난 것은 너무 큰 행운이었다. 국립극장 바로 뒤에 위치하고, 트램정류장도 가까워서 모든 관광지를 도보로, 트램으로 쉽게 이용할 수 있었다. 카를교도 도보 5분이면 갈 수 있는 중심지에 있지만 약간 뒤쪽의 조용한 주택가에 있어서 조용하게 지낼 수 있었고, 건물 관리도 안전하게 이루어지고 카드키를 이용해 편하게 드나들수 있었다. 또 제공된 정보 그대로 넒은 욕실, 편리한 주방 등 스튜디오 형태의 공간은 너무 쾌적했다. 난방도 따뜻했고, 게다가 이 모든 훌륭한 시설과 위치에도 금액도 매우 합리적이란 것이다. 정말 강추하는 숙소이다.

Everything went perfectly, and Paulina was very nice and helpfull regarding any doubts we had. Definitely to stay in a future comeback to Prague!

Wir haben super spontan einen Trip nach Prag geplant und sind sehr happy, dass wir so kurzfristig bei Michal eine schöne Unterkunft gefunden haben. Michal ist total nett und hat uns pünktlich zur verabredeten Zeit an der Unterkunft empfangen. Gerne wieder!

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento se encuentra dentro de Praga 7 en una zona transitable con varios locales y restaurantes, además tiene una parada de tranvía a 2 minutos que facilita mucho la movilidad. El apartamento está bien equipado y la limpieza era correcta. Cuenta con calefacción que en invierno ha sido necesaria. Las indicaciones para el check in y el check out fueron muy claras y ante cualquier duda su ayuda era inmediata. Una zona silenciosa y segura. Repetiríamos sin duda!

This is a very spacious, comfortable apartment a stone's throw from Karluv Most. Outstanding location, beautiful detailed ceiling, a lot of charm. There isn't anything I would change about the apartment. Veronika and Ilan were very easy to communicate with and they arranged our taxi to/from the airport. Definitely would stay here again.

Le logement proposé par Anton correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes pour un séjour de deux jours à Prague. Idéalement situé (à 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro et à 15 minutes du centre touristique), bien équipé, cet appartement nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville dans un grand confort. De plus, notre hôte s'est montré extrêmement réactif à nos messages et demandes. Arrivés plus tôt que l'heure prévue pour le check-in, il a pu nous accueillir immédiatement. De même, pour notre départ, il nous a proposé de garder nos bagages afin que nous puissions profiter d'un dernier tour en ville avant notre vol en fin d'après-midi. Si nous devions revenir à Prague, nous choisirions cet hébergement sans hésiter !

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but well connected. So ideal for people who want to escape the noise of the city center. There is a bus stop in front of the building, or you can walk down the hill to the tram stop. You can even walk to major attractions in 45-60 mins. The apartment has most of the basics you need for a stay. And an espresso machine! The sunroom and the exercise equipment adds a very nice touch, especially on cold days. The apartment is roomy with high ceilings. The only thing I would flag is that the WiFi is not reliable throughout the apartment if you want to have work calls. The router is not in the apartment. And calls drop unless you are in specific locations. This is not a problem for normal day to day, or streaming, but an issue for zoom calls. Otherwise, ideal for long vacationers who want to drink their cappuccino in peace while having easy access to the old town.

Le logement est parfaitement situé pour un court séjour : tout est à proximité à pied (lieux de visite, restaurants, ...) Même si la rue est passante et bruyante (on est au coeur meme de Prague), l appartement est très bien isolé et nous n avons pas été déranges par le bruit. L appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel et nos hôtes ont été parfaitement réactifs pour nous transmettre toutes les indications et conseils nécessaires (check in, check out, listes de choses à faire, restaurants, possibilité de dépôt des bagages avant le check in,...) Je recommande vivement ce logement

Great accommodation also for large groups, with friends and family. Top location, everything you want to see in Prague within ten minutes walking distance. Very clean flat with everything you need and fast communication with the host. Highly recommended

Świetny pokój w świetnej lokalizacji

Es war eine tolle Zeit dort und fußläufig alles super zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft entsprach allem, was man gelesen und gebucht hatte. Direkt in der City, was klasse war, die nächtlich Nebengeräusche der Partyszene in Prag hatte man inklusive, aber bei einem festen Schlaf, kein Problem. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und die Gastgeberinnen immer zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen. Die einzige Kritik war der doch sehr unhöfliche Herr an der Rezeption, der einem hinterher brüllte und auf Landessprache beleidigte (man kennt ja die Ausdrücke), wenn man vergaß, die Tür unten richtig zu schließen. Leider funktioniert der Türschnapper nicht, so kam es 2-3 Mal dazu, das wir einfach rausgegangen sind ohne darauf zu achten. Wir entschuldigten uns, änderte aber nichts an seiner Gangart. Dennoch war es zu 99,9% alles TOP!!!!! Achtung mit den Parkplätzen, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, es wird teuer. Parkhäuser in der Umgebung sind günstiger.

This place is as pretty as it looks from the photos. The apartment was spotless and was in an extraordinarily convenient area. Katerǐna and her team have done a wonderful job managing this property. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in Prague!

It was a nice stay! Value for money. Ideal for single travelers. One big point: the reception will keep lagguages after check out.

Numa Libusa was the perfect place to stay in Prague. It was well connected to the rest of the city. It was incredibly clean and better than the photos!
