What an absolutely fantastic property! The home was perfect for our party of eight adults for a 50th birthday. Woodstock is the most adorable town with tons of fun things to do. You must get the stuffed bagels from moonrise. We couldn’t have expected a better experience with the house, the amenities, and The kitchen was very well appointed. I would absolutely come back here again and probably will.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home in Wallkill, NY. Tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding trees, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. My favorite part was the open-concept kitchen and living area, with expansive windows that made it feel like I was immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors. It was the ideal space to rest, relax, and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this home!

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

The place is super cozy with a great view of the river. Perfect spot for a getaway from the city. Erik and family were great hosts too. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at Seth‘s boathouse and it won’t be our last. Always immaculate and looks just like the pictures. Of course, the hot tub and enjoying coffee on the lower deck was our favorite part, and the beds are so comfortable! If you need a place to stay near New Paltz look no further.

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. Words simply cannot describe how magical this Airbnb experience was. a group of friends and I passed the hours marveling at the gorgeous art and curated knick-knacks - the home itself an endless source of fun. - like an interactive museum! Thats without even mentioning the property, the pond, the waterfall, the chickens, tire swings and HOT TUB! Truly a miraculous experience, would highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning.

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

It was our son's spring break so we decided to take a family trip to NY to visit my in laws and also so my mom can finally meet them. We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again !!!

Nicki's cabin was perfect for my husband and dog during a 2 night stay for the weekend. The cabin is located in a private and peaceful location. Perfect for birding right from indoors in the early morning. Spent cozy nights by the indoor fireplace. Our pup also loved the outdoor space. I highly recommend to anyone visiting to the Catskills mountain for the first time. Woodstock is also close by, we may return again!

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! Couldn't have imagined a better getaway in nature. On the property sits all the most natural attributes of what beautiful Upstate NY is known for: expansive grassy yard, large rocks, tall trees, abundance of moss and a bog at the bottom of a backyard forrest. His neighbours and their dogs are friendly but kept to themselves. In such a secluded area, it felt comforting and safe to be in close proximity to other people that we didn't necessarily have to interact with. The actual place is cozy and perfect in size, no frills but absolutely every appliance or amenity I could think of needing was there. the presence of benevolent spirituality in text and decoration, from Jesus to Kali Yuga, could legitimately be felt. Surrounded by so much darkness at night, there was imminent lightness inside hoot's roost.

Jason's home was lovely and accurately described & appointed - my friends and I spent a wonderful weekend with our pups and were even blessed by some snow! The fireplaces (yes - two!) were a great add-on and we were super excited to relax and enjoy all the home has to offer. Thanks so much again Jason! :)

Vidar is a very friendly and lovely host! Even his pets ziggy and spunky! Our dog love to play with ziggy all time. This stunning tiny house is in a private and peaceful land. Love it!
