Got lucky that it freed up a couple of days before I booked. Great spot, and even got me a parking pass so I could park on the street. Host was responsive and that's really important to me. I'd highly recommend and might book there again!

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Location. Comfort. Price. All wrapped up in one. Had a nice, relaxing stay while visiting son at SUNY. A great choice for a weekend stay instead of the local hotels.

Joanne’s apartment provided all the amenities and comforts of home. I loved the cozy, but spacious and quiet apartment. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Joanne was a fabulous and friendly host. We will be back!

This place was perfect for just myself visiting for a weekend! Everything was incredibly clean and photos are accurate. Antonio was very responsive and check in/check out was very smooth. Would definitely stay again for another weekend trip!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Angel’s. Angel was great to communicate with and very accommodating and thoughtful. Provided nice starter foods and snacks to make our arrival easy. Angel made departing very easy for us. A very good experience.

I just finished a week long stay and it was perfect. As a single parent traveler in town for my son’s tournament at Dreams park, it was the perfect location. The house is about 7 minutes to the field and two minutes from downtown. Not only was it convenient, but a great space, clean and comfortable. Will was also super responsive and gave local recommendations. This is a great location for anyone in town for the Cooperstown tournament. ⚾️

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

Ayana was very good to us. She and her husband provided instructions for everything in the unit and was fast to respond if we had a concern. The unit was very clean, neat, and most importantly private which I was originally concerned about. They have the place separated from where they stay which was perfect.

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb is in a great location, right on Warren Street and within walking distance to everything. The decoration was charming and quaint, giving the space a cozy and unique feel. John, the host, was incredible—he was always on top of things and provided excellent recommendations that were all on target. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking to do any skiing or outdoor activity in the Lake Placid area.

It was a quiet and fun place on the top of a hill on a dead end road. Fabulous spot, the hot tub had a nice view. We will visit again!

I cannot say enough good things about Shane’s home. Our stay was amazing. All the beds were so comfortable. His instructions were clear every step of the way. The hot tub and sauna were an amazing bonus. Shane was extremely helpful every time I reached out. I look forward to coming back!

Die geräumige Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock an einer Durchfahrtstraße ca. 25 Autominuten von Lake Placid entfernt. Ausgestattet mit einem bequemen King Size Bett und einem Twin Bett bietet das Schlafzimmer zudem genügend Stauraum. In der Wohnküche mit Fernseher befinden sich eine Mikrowelle, ein Kühlschrank, eine Espressokapselmaschine, sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Handtücher und Körperpflegeprodukte stehen im Bad bereit. Das schnelle Internet funktionierte einwandfrei und auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Autostellplatz. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Tankstellen befinden sich in der Umgebung. Mit meinem Aufenthalt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Cherie!

We had a great stay - the place was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed! Kevin was very friendly, flexible, and responsive! We would love to come back for another weekend! Would 100% recommend!!!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for a quick trip to visit my daughter in college. Very pet friendly— my dog enjoyed the yard and all the new smells. We had everything we needed and appreciated the personal touches and stocked fridge and pantry. I would definitely stay again!

Don’s beautiful VanHoevenberg Ridge has become our home base in the ADK, and a “home away from home” where we return several times a year to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and lakes in all seasons. This is by far the best place we have stayed since we have been coming to the ADK for over 30 years. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you’ll be back! Don’s place has everything you’ll need, and is near to everywhere you’ll want to go. The views of the High Peaks are stellar, and the hot tub is relaxing after an active day outdoors. Don is a welcoming host who truly cares that his guests have the best experience, whether avid hikers or simply wanderers seeking serenity and renewal in the woods and waters near his home. He respects your privacy, but is happy to provide his knowledge of the area to find the best hike or paddle for you. This place is our North Star in the ADK: bright, constant, and a place we’ll always look to return to. We recommend it highly to everyone!

Everything is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. A very cozy home that was very thoughtfully stocked with things you might need. Roma was a very sweet and accommodating host and made sure to leave me with some snacks and a bottle of wine after giving me a quick tour. A jacuzzi and a parking spot is a such a gem in Brooklyn. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!
