Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

My now husband and I stayed here for the weekend of our wedding. The house itself was lovely, the surrounding land was absolutely beautiful. David answered all the questions I had leading up to our stay and was super friendly.

We stayed for three nights at Irene’s and loved the space! The house is easy to find and check-in is a breeze. The house is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. If you’re in the area for skiing and hiking, the location is great. Also very close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops. Would stay again!

Great place to stay if skiing at whiteface! Robert and Nancy were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to lake placid.

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

The space was just as described, had everything you need to cook probably any meal you could possibly think of, and was super clean and spacious. When you look “perfect host” up in the dictionary, a picture of Gary comes up. He allowed us to check in early and check out late without asking which was such a nice surprise. We ended up getting about 2 inches of snow and then a layer of ice on top during our stay. Gary plowed the area promptly, shoveled a path for us to get to our car, and specifically said there was no rush to leave due to the weather. He truly made our Valentine’s Day weekend special and hassle-free.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed at Sue's place for a long weekend in January and had a wonderful time. Sue was always available and very responsive. Check in was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a warm and inviting place to spend the the long weekend - we look forward to coming back!

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

I used this place for a month as a hub to make appointments in Syracuse. It was perfect! Beth keeps it in great condition, was friendly, easy to communicate with, and we would absolutely book agaon if we needed. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in an Airbnb, pillows too! I always bring extra pillows and I actually didn't need them. We loved having the market just downstairs and there's a great Cafe a couple buildings down, I loved their "London Fog" tea. Everyone in town was SO friendly. We were going to move to Syracuse. but we loved Tully so much we're looking in the area!

Very few listings show completely honest pictures. This place does. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean home. Kirk is proactive and prompt at communicating. The only problem we had was finding parking which has nothing to do with Kirk. We arrived late each night and the streets were full and had to park a few blocks away. My daughter and I felt safe walking to the house. Maybe if we were earlier to get home each night it would have been easier.

Hastings is a sweet little town and the apartment is conveniently located near station and shops. It was good value for two bedrooms in the New York area. Place was clean with good light and character. I enjoyed climbing the hills and there were some steps to negotiate. There was some noise but nothing more than you would expect from a family living above.

We had a great stay at Anna’s. Looked just like the photos. We felt right at home. Very comfortable and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen. Anna was super responsive and helpful. We definately hope to stay again.

Betsy is a wonderful host. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and she provided many thoughtful amenities. She is very friendly and responds quickly to any communication. It was a pleasure to be here and we will definitely stay again!

Best Airbnb my partner and I have ever stayed at. Incredibly clean, charming, and comfortable. Our host, Cheri, was so warm and welcoming. She knows how to run such a well maintained place, must stay if in the area!

Cozy B&B, very comfortable and close to Lake Placid village. Walls are a bit thin. Hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Catalpa House is exactly what you want in a small town retreat; comfortable bedding, well chosen amenities, superb breakfast, accommodating but not intrusive hosts, lovely common areas with local literature and current periodicals. It doesn't get better.

We had an amazing time and the homemade breakfast was just perfect. The property is beautiful and we had a great stay!

Just back from a night at Tina's place in Athens and was extremely happy with the stay. The pictures though accurate don't even really do it justice. It is very stylish, great design and at the same time extremely neat and organized. I would say it's just about the best of stays and I highly recommend.

What a wonderful place - and breakfast!!

This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!
