We loved our stay. Rio was so friendly, and the space was really inviting. We came on an abnormally warm March week, and it was the perfect fool’s spring. We can’t wait to return.

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

We had a great stay at Barbara's property. Plenty of room for our group of 4 and very clean. It was close to stores and other Buffalo attractions.

Our out of state family converged at the farm for a long weekend. The farm was cozy and comfortable. John was attentive yet allowed for privacy. Everything needed was available. We all felt at home, loved watching the many birds at the feeders, and were able to cook all our meals easily and enjoy family time. We had conversations around the warm fire and games at the table. Though it was cold outside, measures were in place to ensure comfortable temperatures inside. We would happily go there again.

Michele and Andy were friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts, and their farm is beautiful! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend surrounded by their horses, cows, fields and forests. The house itself has rustic, unpolished, handmade charm and is decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable, the wood stove was easy to use and helped us stay warm for our winter visit. Michele was accommodating of our arrival and departure times, going out of her way to try to help us adjust plans to match the weather. She was also very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!

This was the ideal place for a family gathering: Roomy, private, functional and clean. There are comfortable places to hang out together and cozy spaces to privately zone out and rest. Jason is an excellent, reliable host. And those views! I definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. It was our ideal retreat in the finger lakes region. Beautiful views, a great hot tub, nice sized house, beds were comfy, and it was convenient to Letchworth State Park. Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay! Lovely and comfy accommodations, super clean and all the amenities we needed. Don is so very nice! Took the time to tell us about his property and his animals, and his love for them is obvious. The alpacas are beyond adorable!! Made me smile 😃 We hope to be back next year when husband plays in a golf tournament - I’ll book as soon as I know the dates! Thank you, Don!!

We enjoyed a stunning mountain view during breakfast, which set the perfect tone for our stay. Carrie kindly gave us a tour of the farm, sharing her insights and making us feel welcome. We also went hiking and explored nearby towns, each offering charming, cozy vibes. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I had a great stay at Rebecca’s tiny home. Very cute little place. It was everything as described and easy to find. Close to the town restaurants and hiking trails. I loved the fresh eggs in the fridge. She was very responsive to anything I needed. I also appreciated the welcome book with restaurant recommendations.

Had a great stay at Andrew’s Air Bnb. It was very close to numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away, with a house that would’ve been worth it in the middle of nowhere! We will be back!

This was our second stay here. We only have positive things about our stay. Admittedly we didn't really use the kitchen but I noted that a longer stay would work good. Comfortable beds and acceptable furniture. We will most likely stay here again when in tow.

We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

We LOVED our stay! Kelli is such a sweet and helpful host! She had farm fresh sausage and eggs waiting for us. We love watching the turkeys every morning. If you are looking for a farm quiet Very clean place to stay this is it! We will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Horse Farm House for four nights, a peaceful retreat beside a creek. The sound of flowing water and views of roaming animals, including Dexter the pony, Effie the donkey, and nearby horses, created a serene atmosphere. The house, rich in history with original furniture, made our stay even more special. A farm tour allowed us to feed and interact with the animals, and my daughter, studying equine massage therapy, had the chance to massage Dexter and walk him to the creek. Hunter, the owner, was warm and accommodating, and the farm’s support for animal rescues added meaning to our visit. The experience far exceeded any hotel stay, and we plan to return, possibly to Hunter’s other property, the Country Cowboy Mansion. Highly recommend for a genuine farm experience.

Another wonderful weekend in Bovina. The team enjoyed a bonfire in the firepit and felt right at home. The mudroom has plenty of room and a basket of slippers that were used this weekend. We enjoyed a cookout for dinner and enjoyed the foliage sitting on the deck. Hope to return next year!

Gasport is not an overly populated place so I was thrilled to find this 4 bedroom that allowed us to stay together for the weekend. Toni was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to Niagara Falls and Rochester the other way. And family close by. Would rent again!!

Very nice place. Very thoughtful to give us some goodies from the farm. We appreciated the prompt response to the clogged drain as well. It was nice to have fully stocked supplies. Beautiful location. we will be back.

Judi's vacation home was perfect location distance to the mountain. We took a nice run to the mountain and then back to ski. Our dogs were very happy to be with us as well. Thank you for a great location.

Laura, Denny, Emily and Justin were great hosts, adapting to changes in our plans, supervising family visitors for a tour of the animals, clearing and salting the snowy entryways, just being their friendly and helpful selves. The location was lovely and the house had more amenities than one could expect. We hope F House will be available next time we visit our Syracuse family.

We loved the cottage. If anything it was even cuter in person than in the pictures. Communication was perfect and the place was very well thought out. We enjoyed our stay, I’d recommend it and come back here in the future!

We had an amazing time at this little cabin! Lovely views of the valley nearby, super close to Watkins Glen and many delicious restaurants. Also, the goats were so cute! We will definitely be returning in the Summer! Highly recommend.
