New York : chambres d'hôtel

This was a great place to stay for our Labor Day weekend vacation. The house is located on the East side of Lake George so there was much less traffic, and it is a quick drive to the heart of the Village of Lake George. The resort has all the amenities you could need for a vacation in the Adirondacks -- with multiple grills, a small playground, a sandy beach with chairs, a gazebo, and a fire pit stocked with firewood. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time we're in the Lake George area.

It’s a great place to stay if you just want to hike all day and not sleep in a tent. Amenities are basic and you share a bathroom but that’s fine. Overall a good experience.

was perfect for what we were looking for. Bev responded to all my questions very fast and was very accommodating to all of my requests. There was plenty of parking for all of our vehicles.

Great host and very nice clean place in the center of attractions

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We rented the entire Inn and had plenty of room for our large family to spend time together. Had everything we needed to prepare meals while we were there. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We really appreciated being able to check in a little early too.

We had a great stay! The host was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the parking lot, check in, etc. They even gave us a heads-up when the weather started to turn, so that we could plan accordingly. The room was comfortable and very spacious, and the location was super convenient. Even with a winter storm hitting, we were able to walk to coffee shops, great restaurants, and multiple bookstores. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

Second time here, really wish to stay here longer. Such a cozy place I love it a lot! The bed is way too comfortable just can’t get up. We came back to see The host Mrs Doris and her husband Jon. Jon was also surprised to see us and we are happy to see him still as happy as before! Definitely a nice place to stay for getaway!

We are so pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. One night, specifically, we were trying to go to the Rooftop Bar, but the button on the elevator was being finicky. A staff member immediately assisted us. He was patient, diligent, and kind. We had incredibly busy days while in NYC. We left at 7:00 AM and often didn’t return until that evening. It was so nice to walk into a clean room each day. We never wanted for clean towels or clean sheets! They also provided fresh water and coffee each day. We felt right at home. We will be staying here again. I can’t say enough great things about this place, and the views are top tier! While I’m glad to be home, I will miss this place. Until next time! 🗽🍎🤍

This stay was perfect for our trip - we were within walking distance of the Inn at Erlowest where family got married. Hosts Barbara & Gregory were very warm, friendly & extremely accommodating. The cabin we stayed in was perfect, very cute & just what we needed. Location of the cabins are also very close to town. We will come again!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive, making sure everything went well. The location was great—quiet yet conveniently close to everything. The space itself was cozy and thoughtfully set up, with all the essentials provided. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great find for the price! Kids enjoyed game room, swimming pool with sprinklers, playground. It could feel kinda noisy from the road right next to the space, but coming from the busy city it didn't bother us and we were away all the time. The staff was amazing, answered a lot of questions, shared the recommendations about places we inquired. Will be back if it is going to be available!

Really enjoyed our stay here

The Showboat is on the shores of Seneca Lake with a restaurant and bar right on site. The bar had a great vibe with a live band which was really fun to sit outside watch the sunset and listen to music. We visited the rescue farm right down the road and had a very informative and fun tour. The room was very clean and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were super comfortable and it was a perfect space for two adults and two kids (14 y/o and 9 y/o). There was no dresser or desk so it was kind of challenging having our belongings on the floor. With that said, the pictures are an accurate reflection of the space and I didn’t notice there was no dresser or desk, so again, a small thing that might make it easier to have a place to put keys, wallet, purse etc when you walk in. Overall - great experience and would definitely recommend!

Prime location, the balcony over looking the drag shows is a must. We used Ethan’s services twice because it was that good. Very communicative, very easy, we just had a blast. Will definitely come again next year!

Chef Step. where do I even begin. One of the Nicest, Kindest of human beings I've met. He picked me up from NJ and made me feel very welcome to the place. He made me breakfast a couple of times too. A very energetic and enthusiastic person. Very fun to be around and a true Gentleman. My trip to NYC was upgraded to another level because I stayed at Chef Step's. He's like an uncle to me now. My cool uncle in NYC. Thanks for making my trip so memorable.

My sister and I came to NYC to explore the culture, restaurants, plays. We had a fantastic time. The home was in a very safe area. We really appreciate it.

Wonderful place, very modern, clean , designed and furnished with a lot of love. Also the garden was extraordinary, and we loved the fire pit! Nery was very friendly, proactive and professional.

We were in town for a concert and the location was perfect! It was what we needed for a 1 night stay. Sonya had a great idea on the honor system for any forgotten amenities, we did not need but still a great idea and option!

Such a lovely place with lots of character! We stayed here for a night while we took the kids skiing at Mount Peter for the weekend. It was so convenient to be an eight minute drive away from the mountain for their early morning class. We got to explore the very cute Main Street a little bit and next time we absolutely have to try the restaurant downstairs as well! The host was so warm and friendly and responsive and we loved everything about this place. We’d be happy to stay there again next time we visit.
