K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay at Jennifer and Deans cabin! It was very cozy and warm in the snowy weather, and Chloe gave us a great tour of the farm animals:) Jennifer was very kind in providing a bottle of wine and some local goodies, and we especially loved the cozy loft, comfortable couch and bathtub to relax in.

We had a great gateway weekend at the Shelly cabin. It was perfectly located near Belleayre and Hunter for skiing (easy ~30min ride). The place was equipped with everything one needs, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and was super cozy. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful, and Renee and Andrew very responsive and flexible. We will recommend and try to come back, maybe in the summer!

A gem of a cabin! Snug, warm, next to a creek, beautiful fields to walk - a special place of heaven.

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

This was perfect. Atop a field in the middle of nowhere we had what seemed like the world to ourselves. With amazing views all around and fields to walk thru and explore, this was just what we needed to unplug. We will be back.

Bethany’s Airbnb felt like home! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. She was also very accommodating and sweet. I would definitely rebook if I find myself wanting a break from the city!

Our second time staying here was just as good as we remembered it! Great location, close to everything in Syracuse area, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood! Made for a perfect, relaxing couples weekend away!

I had an absolutely wonderful, peaceful, invigorating stay at Mark's place. The home was perfectly appointed, I felt a positive energy the moment I stepped on the property. My dog had plenty of room to roam as I sipped on a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the backyard. Stunning attention to detail, every amenity you could imagine and many I hadn't considered prior to coming across another neatly affixed label or a helpful instruction. Mark is a true pro in terms of the AIRBNB experience and the home is the perfect wilderness getaway while just a few miles away from great restaurants and shops.

Sam's place was a perfect, weekend getaway surrounded by beautiful woods and a stream running just along the cute glamping cabin. Even on a cold night, the mineral spring hot tub was hot and steaming! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, nature sanctuary!

Absolutely amazing in every way! My girlfriend and I got engaged here over the weekend and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to do so. Scott & Ina helped me plan everything from the love balloons/candles/charcuterie board for her to see as soon as we got there, the masseuse who came right to the air bnb for massages, and the private chef for an amazing dinner. They are so attentive, friendly, and provided immediate responses and answers to any questions I had. The villa is a dream with views from every angle, incredibly clean/organized with everything you could ever need, and the bed felt like a cloud. We cannot wait to return to this special place!!

Great stay! Was clean and tidy. Place was smaller than I thought based off the pictures but for 2 people it was perfect. Hot tub was clean enough. Very private, quiet, and peaceful. Would stay again.

Perfect getaway somewhat close to home for my birthday. Would definitely recommend if anyone asks for something in the area & would definitely stay again if we ever want a close getaway again!

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

Can’t say enough: perfectly placed, private and serene. Serene and relaxing. Great star gazing without light pollution.

Nous avons loué le petit chalet 2 jours pour aller faire de la randonnée autour. Très belle place et spacieux. Avec le temps froid, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien dans le chalet . Nous avons bien apprécié notre petit séjour. Une seule petite chose…Les lanternes à la batterie devraient être à changer car elles faisait des « flash » constamment et éclairaient moyennement. Nous allons revenir sans faute. Merci!

Our stay at Hope was superb! The house is nestled at the end of a small country road, and it is ideally situated so that the house looks out onto a babbling brook and mountain forest that was beginning to show fall colors while we were there. The house itself has everything you need for a weekend away, and it is both an excellent home base for anyone looking to hike the abundant nearby trails, or an ideal place for reading and quiet reflection (we spent much of our time watching the leaves through the picture window). Seth and Morena were the consummate hosts – check-in was a breeze, and we could tell that every aspect of the stay had been thoughtfully considered. I would highly recommend staying at Hope!

We loved our stay here! Everything matched the pictures and was as described. Bed was soooo comfortable and the indoor fire place made it even cozier. Jamie responded in minutes when we had a question and even came down to help with the battery pack when we needed help. Our favorite part was waking up early the next morning and getting to see the ducks, dogs and goats. Perfect stay

This is a wonderful property for getting back into nature. The cabin is surrounded by gardens and there is a beautiful river gorge just a short hike away. Amenities were well thought out and sufficient for preparing food and the large tub is a nice place to relax.

The tiny home is very clean and well built. The pond and surroundings nature was great. Very quiet and peaceful place to be.
