Kate and Callum were fantastic hosts who went well beyond their obligations to make us feel at home and welcome. They were super friendly and responded to all our needs immediately. The house was fantastic, in fact as good as any other accommodation we have had in NZ. This property comes with our highest recommendation.

We absolutely loved the late-century family home right at the beach front. It was extremely peaceful and although the beach wasn’t safe for swimming it wasn’t too far to get to Waipatiki or the Napier town beaches. The views are absolutely stunning - day and night! The home is very specious and flooded with sunlight. Highly recommend to experience it yourself 🤗

Briony was a very welcoming host, she left us fresh eggs, juice, bread and milk. Her partner (apologies I have forgotten his name) provided tools to tighten up the wing mirror on my bike. The property is loverly and really conveniently placed if you are planning on visiting the Hobbiton movie set.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect escape. It’s truly a fantastic spot for larger groups looking to create unforgettable memories together.

Everything was clean, checking in was totally easy, the location is just perfect with peaceful environment and cows roaming the paddock right outside your door. Considering the price we paid for which was considerably cheap, Brookside BnB is beyond amazing. Totally love this place

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel's beautiful home in sunny Te Awanga, the whole family enjoyed time together relaxing by the pool, playing, laughing and enjoying each others company. We read through the vast collection of books on the coffee table and played cards and board games at night. The house is spacious with lots of lovely seating areas to relax. Annabel is a wonderful host, she was helpful, friendly and responded to all of our queries immediately. The house has a great layout with amazing indoor/outdoor flow, the pool was a big hit with the family. The stunning art collection on the walls will delight your eyes. The bedrooms are comfortable and dreamy to relax away summer afternoons. Herbs in the garden, lemons on the tree and fresh flowers in the house to greet us were lovely touches. The location is great with the beach just across the road and pizza under the shade of trees at Te Awanga vineyard only a hop skip and a jump from the house. Thank you Annabel, we had the just the kind of holiday we were looking for. We have all come home refreshed and rejuvenated.

Our stay was five star, this air B n B goes above and beyond….Luxury linen, gorgeous outdoor hot tub, quirky Kiwi art and literature , finished with my fave Whittakers chocolates🤍 We loved the cosy vibe, felt more like home than accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

Despite being a stormy day, we caught glimpses of the beautiful bay from Marina’s home. Nice amenities included a pool table and breakfast items with fresh fruit. We had good communication with Marina. Would recommend this cosy stay!

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

Es war bislang der schönste Aufenthalt für uns in einem AirBnB in Neuseeland! Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der Wohnung. Sie ist groß, hell und gemütlich. Es hat frische Blumen in Vasen und leckere Überraschungen im Kühlschrank. Debbie und Neville waren so herzlich und besorgt, dass es uns gut geht. Neville hat uns nicht nur Tipps für die Region gegeben, sondern auch für unsere nächsten Ziele. Tata Beach und vor allem das Zuhause von Debbie und Neville war für uns ein speziell schöner Ort, an den wir gerne zurückdenken und an den wir gerne wieder kommen.

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Julia and her husband are amazing hosts. The directions to their home were spot on. The kitchen was stocked so well one could stay there a week and never have to shopping. They really exceeded any expectation anyone would have of a host. They recommended we go to another town for something called the Beach Hop - what an amazing experience. Thanks to Julia, it was an amazing day. They provided a shovel for use at the Hot Water Beach. All in all this was simply one great place to stay. We were there for three nights but felt so comfortable, if time had permitted, we would have stayed longer. One suggestion though is that if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. Although you are perched on a hillside, downtown is a short stroll downhill

I had such a great stay at this apartment.. the morning sun, relaxing sea views and a coffee machine on hand made waking up a breeze. Very comfortable bed and shops, eateries only foot steps away. Would love to stay here again on my next trip to Napier, NZ!!

We absolutely loved this place! During our 3 weeks in NZ, this was definitely our favorite. The place is quiet and well equipped, providing a perfect place to make a good home cooked meal or relax in front of some gorgeous landscape. It's also in a great location - only about 7 minutes to town and perfectly positioned to check out either Milford or Doubtful sound. The stars here are also incredible! Pam is a wonderful host who was welcoming and made us feel like we were among friends. If we needed anything, she was happy to let us borrow her personal stuff for the duration of the stay. She gave us great recommendations for the area and was extremely hospitable. We also loved the company of her sweet black lab, Star, who made our vacation away for our pups a bit more bearable. We can't wait to come back and stay at her place in the future!

Excellent stay. The welcome was easy and friendly the house is fabulous as are the grounds. The beds were very comfortable annd beautifully decorated annd maintained. Although the owners were next door they were not intrusive. The breakfast was awesome huge quantities and all home made and healthy. We all really enjoyed our stay so highly recommend for business, whanau, or just a couples retreat.

My one night stay with Ken and Maureen was ideal and perfect for me. The accommodation and surroundings were lovely. Ken was extremely welcoming and helpful and his advice on activities was great. I enjoyed a stunning sunset boat trip one of Ken’s suggestions. Many thanks - I hope to be back.

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Val was very welcoming and even picked me up from the airport and baked fresh bread for breakfast 😊 room was very cosy and clean with private bathroom. Perfect for my stay before setting off on the Heaphy and easy pickup from The Sands the next morning.

Such a peaceful place to stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful - best viewed from the spa! We were very comfortable and definitely recommend to others.
