We had an amazing stay at this flat! The location is perfect—you can walk to the Wanaka center, enjoy fantastic restaurants, and easily reach the lake. Roy’s Peak hike is just a few minute drive away, which made it super convenient for us. The flat itself is beautiful, with stylish furniture and lovely decor. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to cook when we wanted to. Plus, having a great coffee shop, a delicious crepe spot and bakery right around the corner was a wonderful bonus. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Lovely place, short walk to the shops and restaurants. Has everything you need (and more) and Greg and Lynda were great hosts. Highly recommend.

Mohsen’s apartment was an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the apartment smelled incredible! Everything was spotless, beautifully furnished, and perfectly set up for a comfortable stay. The location is unmatched! It’s in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore Cuba Street and Courtney Place. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. I had the best sleep! Having two cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms made my stay even more convenient, especially at such a low price. What truly made this experience special was Mohsen himself. He was such a caring and responsive host, always making sure we had everything we needed. For the quality of the stay, the price was an absolute steal. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will 100% be booking again. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

we meet Fred (suzets) husband on arrival & he welcomed us & made us feel right at home. keeping in mind we arrived at 11pm. Fred also helped my husband with our luggage, which we both really appreciated. guided us to our guest suite (head torch in toe) 😁, quickly showed us where the key was (as it was dark). turned on our lights. Fred & hubby got to talking about fishing & rugby hehe, while I unpacked. I could hear them cracking up, which made it feel so comfortable & wholesome. it was mine & my husband's 5 year wedding anniversary & we wouldn't have wanted to have spent it anywhere else. Fred & suzety surprised us with a gift for our anniversary just before we departed. great host. beautiful quest suite. beautiful home. 10/10 hands down. please give diesel 🐶 a big fat kiss from us 🥰

The apartment is very light with large windows letting in the morning sun. There were lovely welcoming touches and the place was very clean. It’s a cosy, quiet place in a very nice location. It’s very convenient for supermarket shopping and is close to The Botanic Gardens, Zealandia and the city centre by car. The kitchen facilities were very good. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. I would recommend this place for a single person or couple who want to have some time in Wellington.

Ronita was so lovely from the first message, very accomodating and very nice to deal with! The place was in a perfect location for the Coldplay concert at Mt Eden, had a lovely stay :)

Beautiful place, close to the waterfront and wharf-side restaurants and trails. Owners did a great job communicating with us. Lovely, light-filled home in a quiet neighborhood.

Michael was the host that we worked with and he was wonderful!! He was very responsive, friendly and gave us great recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay!!

We had a fantastic time at Gordons beautiful place. We got greeted with a very warm and personal welcome and it was very easy to communicate with Gordon. The house is perfect for children, but even us adults had fun with all the different games. The location is perfect, we prepared a BBQ and watched a stunning sunset from the terrace. The beach is one of the most beautiful ones I have seen. I can highly recommend the house

This house was AMAZING!! It was spacious, clean and inviting. There were 6 of us staying and there was more than enough room for us all to relax. Awesome views over Lake Hayes and very short drive in Arrowtown, Frankton and Queenstown. The only very small negative was the lack of air conditioning for a very large house. We arrived in the late afternoon and the house was extremely hot. It was hard to cool down. Other than that we enjoyed our time here and recommend!!

Elsie and Mike's cottage is so beautiful, such wonderful attention to detail and we instantly felt at home. A perfect spot for any amount of time in Auckland with everything you could need, and lovely hosts to wave hello to at the end or start of a lovely day. We would definitely come back asap!

Wonderful home with everything we needed. While as a 1970/80s there was some to be expected minor cosmetic blemishes, it has no impact on stay and overall the house was spotless. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful both prior to check in and after check out. As mentioned in the description the projector isn’t viewable in the daylight and is the only tv system - no issues for us , but if you have kids you may want to pack a tablet for them to watch :)
