What a great base to explore National Park. This is not a “professional” Airbnb but their vocational home and it feels Ike one. This is a very nice surprise vs 100s of faceless Airbnb locations which. Everything was clean, kitchen was stacked. We can confirm that outdoor hot tub is there and operational. We did not use it but the water was hot and views were nice. The only small issue: no shampoo, only body soap ( or we did not find it). Not a big deal as we had some but was surprising given how stocked the house is. Thank you Debbie for letting us stay.

The location is very convenient, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it is very close to the scenic spot and supermarkets, it is very convenient for self-driving. The house is well maintained, clean and tidy. The scenery outside the house is beautiful.the landlord communicates in a timely manner and provides what we need.I hope in next time will order this house again.

Awesome home!!!! Tons of room for 3 couples, would have accommodated 5 couples no problem. The most well stocked Airbnb I have ever rented, fridge was full of condiments and the pantry had every spice imaginable. You definitely need a vehicle here to get into town, very private setting.

We stayed at 40 Lansdowne Way for almost 4 weeks. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. We had a beautiful clean refrigerator, a great oven and range too, and a washer/dryer for us to use and we did! We appreciated having both a living room and main bedroom TV and 2 bathrooms which were very clear and up to date. The linens and towels were super clean. The location is quiet and we loved being able to take a walk to the corner bodega for little odds and ends. The Faringdon community is growing and we loved talking walks around the area. We were within range for take away delivery and we were amazed at how quickly they delivered delicious food. We also signed up for local grocery delivery service as we opted not to rent a car. The owners were very responsive and caring. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect escape. It’s truly a fantastic spot for larger groups looking to create unforgettable memories together.

Their house is incredibly cozy and truly feels like home. John, in particular, is always so accommodating, warmly welcoming us every time we return after a long drive. 😊 We absolutely love both the location and the house itself—it’s peaceful, serene, and incredibly relaxing. We’re already looking forward to staying there again on our next trip up north. 😁❤️

We stayed 2 nights in Wanaka after doing a couple of the Great Walks and visiting Queenstown. MIke's place was the "icing on the cake", as it's a quality airbnb and set in beautiful surroundings. As a host, Mike was great. We felt right at home, the house being fully equiped and very comfortable. It was spotless too. The garden is incredible, and with easy off-street parking, we preferred to stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants rather than drive. Wanaka is such a peaceful town, we can't wait to return. And we will definitely stay longer at Mike's place.

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

This was the perfect place to stay especially as it’s close to AKL airport. The amenities are great and it’s quite the serene accommodation. I will book a stay here the next time I find myself in NZ.

We just had a one night stay (x 2 couples) and was perfect for what we needed. Great location, especially loved Little Dove Cafe just up the road. Would recommend for your stay in Nelson.

We had a lovely stay! The place was clean, tidy & had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. We found the location great with a short walk into the town.

We had a great stay at Alexandra’s place. She was super responsive and friendly and gave us some great recommendations for the local area and town. The Airbnb itself was lovely and peaceful and an amazing place to get some rest after a super long flight. It would have been great to have some extra cleaning supplies and dishwasher tablets for a longer stay but would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Auckland. It was so easy to get into town and had some lovely local shops and eateries to try!

The apartment is beautiful, with a big double bed and a single bed placed in the same room. The bed sheets were amazingly soft, we wished we could have slept longer but our tight schedule didn't allow it. Spotlessly clean and overall in great shape. Definitely worth the price!

Great spacious apartment with great views of the city and harbor. We enjoyed the full length windows and small balcony. It has a good supply of everything you need for your stay. Jieqiong sent very detailed instructions with photos for the check process. (It seems complicated, but it's not.) Location is right next to Cuba Street and convenient for walking around the CBD.

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in not just because of the central location of the beautiful house, but primarily because of the awesomeness of the host Brenda. She is extremely accomodating and helpful. She was available whenever I texted. Her house is located centrally and is better than how it is described. It has partial bay view, and is even taller than the nearby hotels. Super convenient paid parking available within the building if requested beforehand. Walkable from Lambton Quay. If this airbnb is available, go ahead and book without any doubt.

The place is great and near to the city. Easy drive to different lookup point and various sightseeing locations. Super convenient and nice view around the place as well. Highly recommended.

This is a perfect place for exploring Queenstown. The space is large, very comfortable beds and bathroom, kitchen with everything you’ll need, beautifully decorated, and the view is spectacular. We appreciated being in a quiet part of town, but close to bus stop and Frankton harbor, and quick 5 minute drive into QT center. If you sign up for any tours, they will pick you up from the bus stop which is a 5 min walk down the hill. We also opted to park at Frankton Harbor and take the water taxi into town one day - just to get a low cost harbor cruise :-). We loved staying here!

We were at the Mount for a family holiday. We were all staying in seperate accommodation and coming from different destinations. My BNB was perfect in every way . Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, safe and friendly staff throughout the complex. Jenny was wonderful in all her communication and I was able to have an early checkin, which took the stress out of arriving. Thoroughly recommend this BNB .

Need to be an expert driver to reach. No restaurants nearby, but an excellent accommodation with a view to kill for
