Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Rebecca und ihr Mann managen den Komplex mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Parken im Innenhof inbegriffen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Über den Ort muss man wissen, dass er an einem Hafen liegt, zum Ohope Beach muss man fahren.

非常好的地方，在市中心去哪里都很方便。房东非常热情，还准备了欢迎红酒和巧克力，也相当好喝。房子一应俱全，有客厅和厨房和卫生间，所有需要用的都准备了！住的很安全也，需要刷卡进入，推荐！

I really enjoyed my stay at this well-located apartment. It’s a short walk to the Britomart area where the main wharf is, as well as to the Sky Tower where the airport shuttle bus drops off/picks up (tip: if you arrive before check-in like I did, there are paid luggage lockers where the shuttle drops off). It’s also close to multiple bus stops. The unit was clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. While I didn’t find the outside noise to be too bothersome, the unit’s windows do face the street so you will hear the occasional traffic, and the building’s exterior lights will shine through the shades a bit. I recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask. I am very happy with my time at Iain’s place and if I return to Auckland, I will definitely look to re-book!

The place has great view, clean and has all the amenities. However theres a major construction at the parking lot area, which we understand is unavoidable. I would definitely stay here again

Myself, my partner & a friend booked a 3 day stay. We checked in early & Rita was more than lenient. Rita (host) was super friendly & gave a very detailed run through of the BnB’s in’s & outs. From the thrilling views on the 12th floor, 5 min walk to Queen street & all ammenities! We absolutely loved our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Rita & Shuai.

Kerri had been very easy to communicate with, she responds fast and has been very supportive and friendly from the get go. The location of this place is perfect for visitors who prefer to discover Auckland on foot, ferry, public transportation. The unit is spacious enough for 2 people and it was truly immaculate with an easy and well described check-in and check out process. The appliances are very sophisticated and easy to use. Kerri put a lot of attention to detail in furnishing this place. Her information on local restaurants and sightseeing were very accurate as we tested some. There are lots of interesting places within a 15 minute walking radius.

Great place to stay during an extended business trip. Easy 30-minute walk to my office in the CBD. Comfortable and quiet apartment. Short walk to an excellent grocery store, coffee, and pubs.

Victoria is very friendly and helpful. Our room was bright airy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend this to future guests.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great location close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location and apartment for two and a real bonus to have a lap pool and spa. Very good views of the city and some of the harbour too. I will be back for sure!

Beautiful apartment, fixtures and furniture very high quality. Very clean throughout and kitchen well set up. The extra touches such as beautiful throws and cushions together with plenty of toiletries and kitchen items dishwasher tablets , washing up liquid and plenty of cleaning clothes very useful. The photos did not do justice to the lovely private deck immediately off the lounge and main bedroom. We were able to have breakfast and drinks outside during our stay. This was on ground level with no other accommodation overlooking the area.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

View is very good.

Unfortunately we had miserable weather while we were there so didn't get to fully enjoy the apartment balcony. Otherwise everything was great, central location, cute apartment, not super fancy, but cool view and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna.

Stunning location with a spectacular view. House was comfortable and coped very well with our group of 7, however the upstairs bedrooms need to be shared by a family as access to the bathroom was through the other bedroom. Road up to house very tricky and probably better attempted with a 4 wheel drive. We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Really nice place to stay on a lovely island. Easy to cook our meals, great shower, comfortable beds and sofas, songbirds to enjoy, beautiful views and nature around, friendly hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable home. The home is spacious and very well equipped. With the unseasonable weather during most of our stay we were very grateful for the efficient heating and, on 2 occasions, the wood burner. Sam communicated very well and on occasions we required assistance, she was very responsive. We would be very happy to stay in this home again and will certainly recommend it to others.

We had a great time at Sue’s. amazing location, lovely home. Loved the spa pool. She was also very accomodating on check in times which was appreciated with a 7 month old!

We loved staying here during our visit to Queenstown. Being a bit removed from the town center, it is much quieter here and the views of the lake are stunning. Very comfortable.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic communication, ammenities, cleanliness was all 10/10
