Great as always. We've stayed at Dave's place multiple times. I don't think we could stay anywhere else for our trip to Gainesville. He's the best.

We made a last minute two night trip. Communication was easy with the hosts. Everything in the house was clean. Bathroom was very small for 6 people but did its job. The fenced in yard was still in “Winter sleep” so we didn’t go out there.

Cute house and tons of things in house to help with trip. If you have kids, she has so much for them! Very accomadating! We had a few issues, but she was very responsive and quick to fix. Only negative was neighborhood was noisy!

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

The cozy and quiet cottage was just that. We enjoyed watching the sun come up, go down, and hearing the birds and bugs if we chose to sit on the porch. This was probably a farmhouse at one time and it has been well cared for as well as updated, yet kept its original charm. The kitchen had all we needed. The hot water was always ready when we needed it. The air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great and we were comfortable (it had been in the 80’s which was hot for spring). The TV stations were available if we wanted them, as were games and books. Those of you raised on farm land who now live in the city will appreciate being able to experience this location. The smell of cut hay is different than cut grass. We’re glad Jillian let us experience this treasure for our peaceful weekend.

we had a great time! the river was peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the covered porch. It was close to the spring and very private! will come back again!

Wendy Lee was helpful before and during my entire stay. She checked in on me regularly and was responsive to anything I asked about or needed. The house was exactly as advertised and a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. It was easy to find and get in and out of. I hope to return in the future.

I loved every moment of my stay at this peaceful oasis in nature. I had everything I needed to be able to cook and I really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor vibe of the greenhouse lounge area. It's an excellent location for access to many amazing springs. 10/10 would recommend.

Good value. Needed a place to stay for the night. Quite, comfortable, nice touches with toothbrushes, toothpaste, q tips, and chocolates. Bed was comfortable.

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

The home is located in peaceful subdivision. The neighborhood is very walkable and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and the pool is relaxing. We especially enjoyed the swing located in the pool area. As a added bonus the home owner let us spend lots of time with his dog Toby, who us absolutely adorable. We would definitely stay here again!

For my first AirBnb it was everything it said it was going to be and more. A beautiful home. Clear and precise instructions. Communication was on point. It was near Walmart, many stores, gas stations, and very easy highway access....I definitely enjoyed my stay and want to thank My Host for making my first experience an enjoyable.

If your looking for a place to get away and relax, this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake. Thanks Micah!

My husband, son, dog Max and I just had a wonderful 4 night stay at Happy House, located on the beautiful and peaceful Forever Spring horse ranch. The accommodations were as described and Bill and Claudia were wonderful hosts...friendly and available but not intrusive. The cottage was well stocked with essentials and we loved the snacks, coffee and the bottle of wine they provided. The screened-in front porch and the back deck were great places to sit, eat and enjoy looking at the horses and area wildlife. We hiked the trails on the property and visited the nearby state parks. Our dog had a great time as well. If you're looking for a quiet, rural setting to rest and refresh, this is the place. We definitely recommend it and hope to return.

Quiet spot tucked amidst a mini forest. Picturesque and pristine the grounds are conducive for study and contemplation. Gary was quick to respond to queries. He offered perspective and stories regarding the history of the area and property. As a bonus the azaleas and wisteria were in bloom. Beautiful. The house is well laid out and equipped with many amenities. Thanks for a great stay.

Came for the weekend to visit our UF freshman and take in a few sporting events. Jennifer’s place was perfectly accommodating with detail left unattended to. Comfortable, quiet, clean and well located. Thanks, Jennifer!

Great stay at Bobs. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Took some nice walks around the area with dog.
