This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Gainsville! We were in town for my sister-in-law's wedding and the location was perfect! Close to downtown, an easy drive to the wedding venue and her house. I highly recommend it!

This is our second stay at The Scholar and we had a wonderful time. Everything was neat, clean and exactly how it was described. We will be back again soon! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.❤️

Ashlei's place is located in a very safe area. Her place is very clean and just lovely. the view out the back porch was so amazing to watch a family of deer eat and just see such nature that my daughter and I love to see. We had a wonderful trip there and stayed almost a week. food stores, Walmart etc was within a couple of miles. The place is just perfect and very quiet in the evenings. I reached out to Ashley once and she immediately responded and took care of my question. She is amazing and I thank her so much. When I come back to see my sister I would love to stay here again. 500 stars

Norma and Mike are definitely 5 star airbnb people. They are friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond. Their location is well hidden, but they are very detailed in their notes on how to find it, and we were able to do so without an issue. There is a lot of natural beauty, and the home is definitely a "rustic place". If you have an issue with strong smells, check in with them. We honestly struggled with a mildew smell. I think it comes from the humidity in Florida. There was a de-humidifier running in there that my husband emptied several times - so lots of humidity in Florida.

Eric is an outstanding host. He was available whenever I needed to message him. The unit is spotless and homey. I will definitely book again.

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

Deva's property is one of my go-to's when I'm in town. It's comfortable and close to downtown. Will book again.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

This was a great cottage for a few of us who were joining a mini-family reunion in Gainesville. There were 6 of us staying there and the space was perfect. The location was also perfect to meet other family members at local restaurants and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area when weather permitted. Highly recommend this place.

It was my 2nd stay and will not be my last! The house was extremely clean! Ronald was quick to respond and had snacks and drinks available.

Our stay from start to finish was fantastic. The place was well furnished, with great amenities. Their communication was top-notch!

Michael’s place was perfect for what we needed. It’s in the country with a decent amount of space outside for bonfires or hanging out. Had 3 beds and a couch, kitchen with the necessities, laundry and a couple of bathrooms that had towels and body wash. Michael lives in a house just behind the airbnb so you’ll see him as he works in the yard and his dogs will come greet you. There is plenty of parking space even for a truck and trailer plus a couple cars. The house was simple but tidy. And for cave divers it’s in a central location to some of Florida's best known cave systems.

We were in town to show at WEC. The house was a straight shot from WEC in a neighborhood. It was certainly not an upscale neighborhood, but it was fairly quiet and safe. The house was as described and my little dog enjoyed the back yard.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

For my first AirBnb it was everything it said it was going to be and more. A beautiful home. Clear and precise instructions. Communication was on point. It was near Walmart, many stores, gas stations, and very easy highway access....I definitely enjoyed my stay and want to thank My Host for making my first experience an enjoyable.

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

This is our second stay at Brenda’s condo. It is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the charm of Haile Plantation and is convenient to all areas of Gainesville. Brenda is always responsive and is the perfect host. We look forward to staying here again.
