Great stay. Perfect location for us, we parked up and walked or got the Metro everywhere. Lisa has thought of everything and we really loved how homely the place is. Very helpful and friendly communication. Would definitely recommend.

Classic great AirB&B. Everything easy. Everything accurate. We had not been to Amble so a nice surprise to be so near everything. Weather was superb so a lot of time walking the dog on the beach and looking at castles!! Thanks for an excellent stay.

We stayed 3 nights in Karens apartment. The apartment is nice (perfect for 2 couples). The location is very nice, close to the beach, an easy walk into Sunderland centre, easy access from the Metro and a bus stop close by. Many pubs and restaurants in the area. We would like to comeback back to this apartment.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Ground floor had the advantage of a lovely front garden area - shame we didn’t have any sunshine! John was great he communicated with us throughout our stay and his instructions for check in were clear and concise., Only thing I missed was the kitchen area had very few baking trays for the oven. We did nip out and buy a couple from the nearby Morrisons so we could cook a couple of pizzas. Easily solved and not a huge problem. I would recommend this flat, fabulous!

Thanks so much for having us. Comfiest fold out bed I’ve ever slept on and great space. Beautiful village. Even got invited to the local quiz which we would have loved to join but unfortunately had to work! Hopefully will come back again for a holiday soon.

Really enjoyed our short break with our dogs.Barry was very helpful and arranged for us to arrive earlier. Cosy and warm cottage everything we needed and convenient shop opposite. Thanks again

a truly beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, there can't be a better location right on the front facing the sea with amazing views, parking was easy at the side with the free permit included. super host, friendly and responsive, clear and easy access information. really spacious homely apartment with a nice well equipped dining kitchen, and a stunning lounge with bay window and the view! . the main bedroom also had a sea view. Tynemouth Front St is just a few mins away. Best air bnb weve stayed in Tynemouth. definitely recommended!..

Brilliant location in the heart of Amble. Local shops, restaurants and cafes less than a minute walk away. On street parking outside property. Very clean and comfortable property nice wood burner and great shower in bathroom. Would definitely recommend staying here 5⭐️

Beautiful home in a beautiful location…communication with hosts was amazing they responded quickly to every question and such a nice touch of leaving biscuits and milk for us when we arrived. Amblers Watch was so perfect and relaxing and will definitely go back again! We had the perfect Easter weekend, thank you so much!

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. For a single mum I found the place perfect the beach’s omg with real sand that is a must , this place amazing was a home from home but with loads of bench’s and felt like a Holiday also , the owner also amazing I made a little mistake and she was nothing but helpful kind and caring which as a single mum means the world when booking , I will be back for sure as my son and dogs loved the bench’s I loved the bath and cosy feel the place gave me , x

We had a wonderful stay at Joannes home! It is so perfectly located to do all we wanted to - seaglass hunting!! Huge benefit to have the parking spot on the front drive. Also huge bonus to be in walking distance to ammenities - asda, pharmacy, home shops and food outlets. Everything we needed was here - a home away from home. The tea/cake/milk was a kind touch. Comfy, clean bright airy base. Comfy sofa and bed. Really well decorated and maintained, lovely colour schemes and accents - nothing has been overlooked. Joanne was an attentive host with friendly communication. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are ever up North again. Thank you so much!

Lynda was such a friendly and kind host. Marine cottage was lovely - exactly as described. Short walk to the Harbour, town, restaurants. Easy drive to Alnwick castle, lindisfarne and miles of gorgeous coastline. Wonderful to then come back to such a gorgeous, cosy cottage with everything we needed. The little touches- loads of towels, detailed instructions, hand wash by sinks etc made it a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Pete's place is perfectly situated, right in the heart of Alnmouth and only a few steps from the beautiful beach. The apartment is spacious and has lovely sea views. We really appreciated the flexible early check in.

The apartment is on a quiet street, just a couple of minutes walk away from the seafront and situated between Cullercoats and Tynemouth village which are both within easy walking distance. Lisa and Gavin were excellent hosts, providing lots of clear information and tips, and always very responsive. Check-in was easy. The flat looks just like the pictures and is well-equipped. We had a lovely weekend in Tynemouth, would definitely recommend!

A wonderful quiet stay in a delightful flat on the second floor with wide stairs. Comfortable with everything provided with tasteful decor. Easy to find the keys with excellent access when parking the car. View was lovely and a great location for the beach and local amenities. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Robert

The accommodation was as stated in the description. There was everything that you needed to enjoy your stay, it was very clean and well equipped . Bed was very comfortable and the bonus of off street parking was great.
