We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We stayed at this house for a month. Just loved it and the neighbourhood. Alison was a perfect host-- there right away when we had a questions, but otherwise did not intrude. Just book it. You'll see 😀

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

My family and I had a great time in the house, everything from the location to the host was excellent, this house really has the most beautiful views from the places I’ve been on, 100% recommended place to be in LA💯 I would love to come back here a lot of times in the future, the host was super responsive and communicated excellent

Karen’s home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed that the home was walking distance to beaches. It was nice that a beach cart and beach toys also provided with stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only feedback is that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates provided do not fit length of stairs so recommend bringing your own gate if traveling with little ones.

We had a fantastic few days and the house was a perfect base. The garden was lovely and very quiet - great for sitting out for breakfast - a perfect antidote to hectic LA. The kitchen was very well equipped and the space worked well for a family of four.

Katja was a wonderful host and had very helpful and responsive communication. The home was very comfortable and my children loved the pool!! Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

Perfect spot for our trip to LA…great location, very comfortable and easy to get around the area. Hosts were very responsive when needed, but never intrusive. Highly recommended…!

Coni’s house was lovely. It was well stocked, well appointed, stylish and cozy. She was very friendly and helpful but gave us our privacy. The neighborhood is in a good location, 15 min drive to SoFi Stadium and less than 10 min to the beach. There is a park in the neighborhood with a playground for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future
