Flor’s place was great. Central location with good food spots within walking distance, and cozy, well-stocked apartment. The place was clean. Flor was very responsive and accommodating! All in all a very nice experience. Thank you!

Great location close to all the main atractions that LA has to offer. Quite neigorhood and felt very secure also. The apartment a little bit on the old decor but very clean and well kept. I would defenetly recomend it and if I have to go back to LA will be back here too.

It was definitely the place where I felt most at home, whether because of the well-kept house, the space and comfort itself, but mainly because it was extremely complete; from utensils to cleaning products. The location is great, two nearby restaurants are very helpful, a Target and a supermarket on the same block. Not to mention the pier, which is very close. I had a problem checking in, but it has already been resolved.

Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

Stayed here for a week of remote work and loved it! Strong, private WiFi, walkable to lots of fun stuff, and just a block from the ocean.

Great location in the middle of Sherman Oaks. Tom was super helpful and flexible.

What a fantastic two weeks we had at Lena's place! We can't rave enough. The house was so unique, modern, bright - and cozy. We loved the juxtaposition of being in this quiet little house and then walking out the door into the most happening part of Brentwood, already a trendy and happening neighborhood in LA. Call me nuts, but I timed the walk to Whole Foods, and it was 2 minutes and 18 seconds - AND before we could get there, there were two coffee places, a juice bar, gelato, fabulous pizza, and a cake bakery! What fun we had. We did need Lena's assistance on a few things in the house, and she responded super promptly and resolved everything quicker than I would have thought possible. She was an excellent host!

Julie was a great host and very communicative. The place was better than described and was very clean, comfortable, and nicer than described. Our family enjoyed Julie’s home and her place made our getaway very relaxing and a great stay. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I would highly recommend Julie’s home and would definitely return again when in Oxnard.

Great location two miles away from family we were visiting for a 60th birthday party. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping in the area which was expected. The town house was great and very private not a lot of activity or people around I loved that, easy to relax and sleep. I have a lifted truck that didn't fit in the garage but that's understandable, so I parked outside the gate. Distance from where I parked and the unit was only a 3-5 minute walk so not far at all. We were very happy with the stay, would stay here again.

I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. The location felt very safe. The yard is huge. The location is conveniently situated near places we needed to get to and new ones that we discovered. There is ample space inside, a very comfortable living room and great beds!

Very convenient location and easy to get to stores/restaurants/friends and family that live in town. The host was super easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The home was super clean, and we were welcomed to it as if it were our own home. Very comfortable, up to date, and well laid out. It was the perfect arrangement for our family! Highly recommend it!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Modern and clean apartment in great condition. Furniture in great shape, beds were comfortable. Very nice unit. We did have a couple people in their 80s and getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge as the tub walls are very high.
