Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

La maison est juste parfaite, je lui mets 10/10 je recommande à tout le monde. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, à une déco super jolie, elle est toute neuve, super bien entretenu avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Tout était parfait. La maison se trouve dans un quartier hyper calme. On entend le bruit de la mer. C’est juste reposant. De plus il y a une salle de jeux qui nous a permis de passer du temps quand il pleuvait, topissime

Caves Beach is a beautiful location and amazing for families. Sue's place was the perfect location - right near the beach with stunning water views and the view of the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight. The house was big, private and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang about. Will definitely be booking this place again for another family holiday.

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

First time travelling with our puppies. The house very well set up for pets, very clean and central to beach and shops/cafes all a short walk away. The Hosts provided plenty of info to make the stay easy and we felt at home. A BIG thankyou.

Great place in a great location, a lazy stroll from the Newcastle Baths & lots of eateries & things to do nearby.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Great spot close to restaurants, forshore and pub. Clean and comfortable studio. Bed was comfortable too. Nice balcony with peaceful view. Bernadette was helpful and made things easy. Thanks again.

Could not fault anything about the stay, the place was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable which is a must. Would highly recommend. The communication and ease of check in was also great.

It’s was so peaceful and lovely to stay here. The beach walk was right across the road, the local cafes were fabulous! Really good for gluten free options. Gwendoline was so friendly and helpful if needed.

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay at Jess and Jonas's beautiful home. The house provided us with everything we needed and everything was very clean and very nicely presented. We were fortunate to have sunny weather so the gorgeous pool was very popular. There are a lot of stairs so confidence on them is essential.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

Absolutely amazing ! Deb was so lovely and immediately made you feel welcomed ! The little Gem was beautiful ,extremely clean with no clutter or unnecessary things everything provided was perfect ! The Apartment had a gorgeous view of the pool and the beach and mountains which immediately created a sense of calmness and serenity ! We loved it ! Thankyou we will be back ! :))))

From the moment we arrived, Amanda’s place felt like the perfect retreat. The breathtaking view and refreshing pool made for an unforgettable stay, especially on such a hot day. The location couldn’t be better - just a short stroll to the beach, with plenty of fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby. Amanda was a fantastic host, with great communication and flexibility around check-in and check-out, making everything seamless. The thoughtful treats she left for us were a lovely touch. If there’s one small improvement that could enhance the experience even further, it would be upgrading the fans or adding air conditioning for those particularly warm days. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and we’d absolutely love to return!

Boomers was the perfect home and location to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. The massive deck with beautiful views was an extension from the kitchen/living area. A quick walk down to the beach too. Tony was very helpful and communicative and the place had all the basic necessities, even though you bring your own linen, tea towels and bath towels ect it is worth it to make it an affordable stay for all. Many special memories were made.

The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside family holiday. So much to do in this area including surfing, swimming, walking, hiking and golf. Cafes are great. The bus service is excellent so no need to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.

Second time staying here with our dogs. Place is perfect for a getaway. Quiet spot, 5 mins walk to the beach and big field across the road. Ceiron is great to chat to and we felt super welcome. Would stay again.
