We stayed for a week and loved it. The house is so peaceful and perfect for chilling out. Avoca Beach and Copacabana Beach are close by and have everything you need. The house was spotless and Henk gave thorough instructions and hints when checking in. I loved that there weren’t signs and instructions all through the house like some other airbnbs we have stayed at - it made it feel more like home.

Reid and Kerrie’s place was the perfect place to stay with our family group. Well equipped and space for everyone. We loved the communal living area where we could all be together but not on top of each other. A great place to stay with extended family or group of friends.

Sharif is quiet friendly an approachable, great for a big group of people. cooking facilities for the big group and each room had its own fridge, aircon, wardrobe and attached bathroom/toilet. only drawback is few constructions happening on the street nearby, so parking is limited.

Lee was a wonderful host! Very communicative and clearly explained the check in details making the process easy and seamless. The home was everything we needed with gorgeous views and comfy beds. Nice open plan living and had a very calming and relaxed energy! Thank you Lee! We will be back!

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

This cottage was very comfortable and such a lovely place to stay. It’s close to everything and easy to access. The cottage is still kept in a lovely condition without being too modern, very old world charm. We loved it and had a more comfortable stay in Cessnock.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay at Caves Beach - the apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for our brief stay. There was plenty of space for 3 couples, and despite some average weather, we enjoyed using the balcony which had some awesome views. It was in walking distance to the beach, and we were so appreciative of Donna for accommodating our additional request needs! Thank you! The only suggestions I can make for future guests stays would be cleanliness - There was sand in the main bathroom, and the sofa had quite a few stains, as well as the carpets. I know these things happen over time with airbnb's, so it didnt affect our stay, but would suggest a deep clean!

We had the most wonderful stay here at Bills! You honestly couldn’t get a better spot. Right across the road from the water and within walking distance to the main part of town. The views are spectacular and the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable beds. We will absolutely be back here again next year!

Great place, the apartment was cosy and clean and had everything you need, including iron and hair dryer. Peter is quick to reply and easy to deal with. For those who are getting here on foot, please keep in mind it is the Hill, so a steep walk and can be a bit hard when you are loaded with backpacks and bags. Other than that, cannot fault the place. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Steve's place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome chocolate and local recommendations. The communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we would love to stay here again!

Quirky apartment exactly as listed! Great base for a couple of days with great restaurants very close by.

Joanne's place was lovely, well appointed and felt relaxing during our stay. Check in was straight forward and convenient upon arrival. Communication with Joanne was great. I would highly recommend.

magnifique appartement une vue incroyable quand on rentre on a les 3 chambres de belles dimensions dont une avec sa salle d'eau puis une deuxième salle de bain et le séjour cuisine lumineux avec sa baie vitrée qui donne sur la mer...juste incroyable avec sa terrasse, son barbecue, son double garage...pour un prix qui je pense est le meilleur prix pour la qualité que l'on a eu en Australie et nous y sommes depuis 2 mois...la décoration "the beach" est appropriée merci beaucoup

Beautiful location right on the beach, easy access with local cafe next door. Unique apartment with everything you need, stunning views any time of the day. The apartment was in a central location with short walks in both directions to local amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Dan and Robert provided all bedding & towels and the complimentary basket was a great touch. Great experience!

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan’s place. He is a great host, provided clear instructions on how to access the property and helpful guide book once we had access to the place. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend Alan’s place if anyone is looking for a temporary stay in Dee Why.

Mark and Leah provide accommodation which is superbly clean and comfortable and has many little touches (such as the beach umbrella and towels, and the welcome drinks in the fridge) which make for a very pleasant stay. The highlight is definitely the wonderful view of the bay, the foreshore, the headlands and the pier, which always has something interesting to watch. They also provide excellent information for self check in before arrival, and access to the apartment and nearby parking is really easy. The location is excellent for access to cafes and restaurants nearby and also for some beautiful walks in the local area. For a week's stay, the washer and dryer are very handy too. There is also an excellent TV with Netflix, YouTube and Foxtel. The kitchen is especially well equipped, with both pod and a grounds coffee machines. We are well travelled and this was one of the most comfortable apartments we have stayed in. Thank you Mark and Leah.

Place was great! So accessible and in the middle of everything you need to get to. There’s a walkway to Macquarie Centre which I thought was super convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.

Absolutely incredible views! I’ve recommend this place to friends and family, very clean and can not fault it at all. Grant was a pleasure to deal with! definitely would book again 🙂

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

An excellent four night stay overall. Host Penny communicated very well with us throughout. The apartment was clean and had a fresh feel to it. The aircon, washing machine and dryer worked well. Lovely cotton bed linens, towels and the mattresses in each bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Found milk, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil and enough seasonings in cupboards. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The location was under 10 mins walk away from the train station, metro, shops and restaurants. North Ryde Hospital is about 7 mins drive away.
