The kitchen and living area is fully equipped with everything you could need including a 55 inch smart TV. There is a private hot tub with pergola cover which allows the roof slats to open and close. The hob tub is electric and can be used as much as you like during your stay. Situated close to local amenities and central to many of Northern Ireland's tourist destinations. A unique location with breath-taking scenery with access to bike trails and Hill walking at Slieve Gullion Forest Park.

One of the only traditional Cottages in the area, built by the owner's family in the early 1800s. Ivy Cottage is set at the foot of the beautiful Mourne Mountains, overlooking the harbour in Newcastle. The cottage is fully equipped for a relaxing stay, welcoming guests including families and people with pets. Ivy cottage provides comfortable accommodation for at least four, with two double bedrooms and the optional use of a folding bed in the living room.
