Gary’s place was ideal for our family getaway! We have a 2 years old and 1 year old and it was the ideal place to stay. Gary had gone above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured our sleep arrangements were thought of. He also was extremely generous in leaving lots of wonderful treats such as bread, snacks and milk. Gary was extremely responsive and friendly which made the stay even better. Gary’s place is right next to the beach and shops so a great location. It was also very clean and spacious! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. A home from home. We had a fabulous stay and were blessed with amazing weather ☀️. Great location, walking distance to everything, beach, metro, coffee shops. No problems with parking. Rosemary is a proactive, responsive and friendly host. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay again.

This house is in an excellent location, with a supermarket nearby and a beautiful green field just across the road, perfect for enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets. We spent a wonderful Chinese New Year here, and it truly felt like home. The décor is stylish and cosy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking effortless with just our own ingredients. Our host, Rosaline, was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to assist, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Her thoughtfulness made our experience even better. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was our sixth trip to Seaham and our first stay at Steph's beautiful property. Crisp whites and soothing neutrals set the tone for the coastal-inspired decor, with chandeliers adding a v glam touch! We slept well on the comfy beds, and the kitchen has every amenity you could wish for. The property is short stroll from shops and places to eat, and beaches are also close by. The coastal walks and the countryside are simply stunning. All in all, a fantastic escape.

An absolute gem in beautiful surroundings! The cottage is spotless, cosy and fabulously stocked - and feels so homely it’s wonderful. Marion and John are lovely hosts and are right nearby but ensure your privacy too. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back again :)

What a lovely place! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in an Airbnb that was so clean and well equipped. Fab location and plenty of unrestricted on street parking. My son (2.5) absolutely loved the pirate room, complete with fancy dress cupboard and treasure chest full of toys. It was really brilliant that the bottom bunk is a double as it enabled me to co sleep comfortably with my little one while my partner had the other bed all to himself. Right next to the seafront and a beautiful quiet beach. Elaine has been lovely and the milk, bottled water and biscuits were much appreciated. Warmly recommended - thank you for having us :)

Just the most perfect place for our short stay, Bottleworks cottage is in the most wonderful location for our two dogs, just minutes from the beach. The cottage was extremely well equipped, with some thoughtful touches, which made our stay that much more special. We would thoroughly recommend and would be pleased to book again soon. This was my third time and it won’t be my last. Absolutely love this place, feels like home away from home and Lisa is great - quick to respond, communicative, helpful and just lovely all around. Loved the new little touches around the house. Will be back ☀️

The Old Stables was warm and welcoming on arrival. The location and accommodation were perfect for our visit. We were able to relax after our long journey and the beds were super comfortable. It was very quiet, clean and well appointed. The area had beautiful walks on the doorstep, and the village was well served by eating places. Excellent fish and chips at the Black Bull! It looks a nice place to live. We would certainly recommend and not hesitate to book again.

Marie and Peter were wonderful hosts—responsive, incredibly friendly, and very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs, making my stay really convenient. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay again when visiting my daughter.

Niels place was lovely to stay in. Very convenient for visiting the area. Very well equipped for cooking. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

This was a great place to stay, the location was amazing and the local shops are really good for eats. The boatyard was an amazing breakfast as suggested by Andrew. We are a family of tall people (over 6’3”) and the headroom was a worry from the pics but upon arriving it was not an issue. There is more room than the pics portray. Would stay there again without hesitation. ! Great place!

Lovely apartment walking distance from everywhere you would want to go in Sunderland. Very responsive and accommodating host could not recommend more highly.

Exactly as described, great location close to all amenities. Could have sat and looked at the view for days. Abi was a great host providing clear instructions, everything was ready for us and the bottle of fizz and chocolates was very welcome.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

Brian's apartment is a great base for exploring Newcastle in a couple of days. The apartment was a really comfortable warm place, spacious and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spotless apartment, Debs thought of everything, our stay felt very home from home. A very quaint little table & chairs outside in a safe private courtyard. The apartment was very secure & quiet. The shower was huge & stunning. The whole apartment is so tastefully done throughout with the comfiest bed. Two minutes walk into the beautiful town, with buses on your door step. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here it’s stunning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The flat is as per the photos, in great condition, clean and with a lovely view over the Tyne from the window and balcony. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town and there is a bus stop very near to the block of flats. It was easy to find and the host was welcoming and left clear instructions. The bedding was very comfortable. The road outside is busy but this did not affect my sleep or that of the rest of the party. Overall, I would recommend it and would consider returning in future.
