I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great few days at Dales place, we were a large group of friends coming together with a small children and it was ideal, the kitchen diner is the kind of kitchen you dream of for your own home. The place is pristine with beautiful furnishings in every room. The bedrooms are all large and very comfortable. Location is great if you’re visiting St Leonard’s or Hastings and want to be just outside the mix. Dale was great and very attentive. Couldn’t recommend more.

The place was beautiful, we had a lovely girls trip. The star was the hottub but the place was very relaxing and beautifully decorated. Megan was very responsive and helpful, I’d definitely recommend.

We are just back from a few blissful days at Judin's cottage. This was by far the loveliest airbnb house we have stayed in. Travelling with two small (and noisy!) children can be stressful but we felt instantly relaxed, and at home, and Sarah and Mark were perfect hosts. The cottage was so beautifully furnished, with such comfortable beds, and there were so many lovely touches, that made it feel like a boutique hotel. The highlights were collecting fresh eggs in the morning and making friends with the sheep. Our daughter misses her favourite sheep called 'biscuit'! We were blessed by the most gorgeous weather but this beautiful cottage would be special at any time of year and we would love to come back!

We booked it because of the location which was perfect for walking, birdwatching and nearby amenities and to catch up with family in the area. The Annexe itself looked great from the pictures and did not disappoint - we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The close proximity to Storrington meant it was easy to eat out and to shop without taking the car and the garden area behind was great for just sitting and relaxing. Martin and Lisa were the perfect hosts and provided plenty of information and advice when needed. We would certainly recommend the Vine Keeper's Annexe and hope to return.

Fantastic beach house. Very spacious and well equipped to host 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). Lovely interior and big garden with lots to do for the kids (games, toys, swings in garden). New table tennis table was a bonus! Karl was very responsive and provided everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location, 5 min walk from the beach. We spent a weekend here but could have happily done longer and would hope to come back in the future for either a week or 2 holiday or another long weekend. Thanks for having us!
