We stayed here for a mountain biking holiday with the kids and couldn’t have been happier with the place. Lots of room and an easy ride to the mountain bike park. Perfect holiday house for families with young kids!

We loved our stay at Cottage by the Lake so much, we didn’t want to leave. The house, lake and surrounds are so beautiful. We had a fabulous few days relaxing, watching the wildlife & kayaking. A highlight was feeding the cows with the friendly host Ann and my son is still raving about his tractor ride too! The house is beautifully presented, very clean and Ann has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will def be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay as two families with 5 kids. The house is perfect for a cozy weekend away and the deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Nige is a great host and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic new home, very clean, in close proximity to numerous playgrounds and a short drive to shops.

We really enjoyed staying in Caity’s house. It was very well laid out, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean and easy to find. Our dogs also felt at home there.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility and a chance to gaze up at the stars and explore the beautiful region with family or friends, the 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is the perfect spot. You can sit outside on the veranda and watch kangaroos and birds or sit under the gazebo and enjoy a picnic. Stephanie is the most lovely host you will ever meet!

Beautiful, quaint home with a gorgeous garden the kids loved exploring. Large outdoor deck with a beautiful view. Short walk into town.

Rhonda was a great host, quick to respond and her home was beautiful with lots of personal touches, loved the photo album showing the process of the home being built and the garden and outdoor area were beautiful to relax and enjoy the view. Inside was beautiful and welcoming, the coffee machine was a life saver with good quality coffee and welcoming chocolates next to a beautiful welcoming message, we will definitely return

The property was cosy, clean and well thought out. There were 5 of us (women) and we had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We were within walking distance of stunning Lake Wendouree and about a 20 minute walk to where all the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes are located. Lovely bed linen, nice big bathroom, 2 toilets. Bright and airy, comfortable couches and plenty of pillows. Clare was in contact with us to ensure a smooth entry to the property and there were clear instructions on how to operate the TV, air con and heater and also what needed to be done when leaving. A beautiful property that I highly recommend. We had a great relaxing time in a spacious, immaculate home.
