We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Great stay at the chapel. Lovely characterful property with interesting features with luxurious fixtures and fittings. Responsive host who kindly let us arrive a little early and answered other questions promptly. Lots of interesting sights within 30-45 mins and 30 minutes walk to an amazing long stretch of beach.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

Had a great stay, house was comfortable and had everything we needed for self catering, including some lovely personal touches from host Margaret. We love the area, great beaches in Hayle and also Perranuthnoe/Marazion close by. Garden was large and very secure. Would book again.

Lovely property in a quiet area, conveniently situated for the shops and town. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Sunny conservatory was ideal for breakfast. Gill was very friendly and gave me plenty of info about check in, heating etc

We enjoyed a lovely few days in St Mawes. The house was very comfortable, clean and lived up to expectations. It was lovely and quiet and the views were wonderful. 2 minutes walk to everything St Mawes has to offer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return.

We really loved our stay at Treetops. Such a peaceful location with beautiful views over Mounts Bay and beyond. The cream tea and being able to look out over Tom and Gail's lush, almost tropical garden were a real bonus! Although we used the car very little during our 4 night stay, being able to leave it outside made everything very easy. And if you don't mind walking back up a steep hill at the end of each day, there are sooo many things you can do in this area by walking and/or using the local bus service. Tom was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Allowed us to be as independent as we wanted to be, but also available to offer advice when we needed it. The apartment was cosy as well as spacious, with everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen/sitting room and a super comfy bed. Thank you so much Tom and Gail for a fab holiday. We would definitely love to return someday soon :)

Absolutely fabulous location and host. The views were outstanding from living room/balcony. Lis was always on hand for guidance and recommendations. Lots of fabulous walking and amazing restaurants.

Lovely place to stay, amazing views and a cosy feel while still being nice and open, great views of the harbour, the road is nice and tucked away from the busy streets while the centre of the town is easily and quickly accessible with a co-op only a couple of minutes walk away. Great range of amenities and could easily be used to stay in for multiple weeks happily. We had told Vanessa about an issue with the Nintendo Wii and she had been round and put in a replacement one in less than 10 minutes. Great location, great accommodation and great service. Couldn't ask for any more we had a lovely weekend

This is a fantastic place to stay. A great location, very close to the shops & beaches. Spotlessly clean, new fixtures and well decorated. There were two of us and a dog and there was plenty of space. The accommodation sleeps 4 and we would love to go back with friends. The only downside is that dining is on a breakfast bar with only 3 stools. It was great to be able to take our small dog. Highly recommended.

Second time staying here on a short break. Laura is a great host, very responsive and always friendly. Apartment is perfectly clean, warm and in a great quiet location with an easy short walk to the beach. 5 minute drive into Falmouth for shops, restaurants. Thanks Laura for the welcome goodies, always appreciated after a long drive.

The flat was perfect for a couple's getaway and the views amazing! It had everything we needed, was bright & clean and comfortable. Katherine left great instructions about the flat and the area. We had a fantastic time, thank you.

Apartment as per pictures and description. Barbara's directions to the place and to get in were clear and precise. The location was within walking distance of the town and amenities. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment and view is as good if not better than the photos portray. The apartment is alot bigger than I expected, lovely and comfortable everything you'd need and the view is beautiful. Elaine is very easy to contact and friendly. Will definitely book again.

What a beautiful place - so happy I found this apartment! Quiet, secluded, very comfortable, welcoming, cozy - just perfect! Not easy to find with Google Maps, but the directions Paul gave in advance were helpful. It really is "in the middle of nowhere", but perfectly situated for visiting all the hot spots of Cornwall. Paul was there when we arrived and showed us around. Complete apartment above the garage, with a beautiful garden, a pond, and options for sitting outside and enjoying the quietness (too bad the weather didn't allow that!). Well equipped kitchen, most comfortable mattresses, a powerful shower, Netflix available, everything very lovingly cared for - we would have loved to stay longer! Thank you Paul, your apartment was one of the best I've ever been to. Hope to come back some time!!!

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We had a wonderful stay at Damian’s place. He is a responsive, relaxed and friendly host. He met us on arrival, showed us round and gave some useful information about the local area. The flat is well kept and homely with an amazing view over the water. We really appreciated the little touches like a supply of coffee, dog bed, binoculars and yoga mat, he had thought of everything. The local area had everything we needed including a great pizza place, ‘Pizzeria 42’ just around the corner and a lovely wooded park to walk the dog. We would definitely come again.

Wohnung war super schön, sauber und gab uns direkt ein „Zuhause“ Gefühl. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Küche viele kleine Utensilien hatte, die das kochen und auch sauber machen so einfach machten. Der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach super und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit

Lovely apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Camborne.

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! The flat is lovely, and it’s such a pleasure to enjoy a coffee or tea while taking in the amazing view. It’s very quiet, yet just a 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Martha was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stuart and Jo's lovely apartment. The rooms are beautiful with a stunning bathroom. The kitchen and living room had everything you could need with good and reliable wifi. The small terrace in Jo's gorgeous garden is the perfect spot for a little lunch or an early evening G&T. Stuart and Jo were the perfect hosts and provided great local suggestions for eating and activities, such as walks and ferry trips. Top tip: follow Stuart's suggestions for bistros!

it was a great cozy apartment, it is very near to the station as well as the views from the apartment are amazing. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The parking was an added advantage. Great location, walkable distance to high street and all amenities are available in short distances. We thoroughly enjoyed and surely will be going back at some point.
