It is always a pleasure to stay at Matthew's place. In fact so much so it is my go to place to stay when I am in Cornwall and really has become a home from home. I have stayed there more times than I can remember over a lot of years. Hopefully this tells you all you need to know. Matthew & Catherine are simply wonderful hosts and make the stays even better. The house and facilities are constantly evolving and not only is there an EV charger but also a lovely Hot Tub to relax even further in after a day of sampling the area's delights. Absolutely brilliant!!!

A wonderful location and a fantastic property which is exact as described. We were visiting for just a few days over Christmas to see family and it will be well worthwhile retuning in the summer months.

5 star, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future. The studio is immaculate and has everything anyone could want, the complimentary cream tea and dog treats were an extra added bonus, these little things all add to the great experience. Hayle is a lovely town so close to all the places we wanted to visit and a great base , Tara was the perfect host , respected our privacy but immediately available should we have had any problems. Well done and carry on with the service you provide. By the way the price for what you get is worth every last penny, thank you so much for making memories within our family that will last forever, see you soon.

Excellent accommodation. Loved the little garden with the stream at the bottom. Handy for the station and a fabulous pub in the Royal Oak. (Booking is essential for meals). Bathroom was good and bedrooms were very spacious. We loved the dining extension too. One word of warning though. It is very dark walking home at night and a torch is highly recommended. Overall, a very positive stay and already booked for next year! We can thoroughly recommend.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Sarah was great, answered any questions quickly and was really helpful Property was stunning, very clean and comfortable and lots of handy supplies in the fridge and cupboards Such a lovely peaceful location accessible to all parts of Cornwall Sarah allowed me to use the EV charging which was very convenient Will def come back if she will have us

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The home was just as described, bright, clean and welcoming. Jane is a great host and provided very clear instructions in addition to some lovely welcome treats. Our children loved the variety of board games available (and the smart tv of course). The cottage is perfectly located for the promenade and the town with a lovely cafe at the bottom of the road and a couple of beautiful gardens/parks nearby. We hope to return in the summer!

This place just feels like love. Really cosy, peaceful and sunny inside and out. The hosts are lovely, friendly and kind and the house has everything you need. We have really enjoyed our stay and felt very much like it’s a retreat. Bed super comfortable, perfect garden size for our dog to lay on the grass and get his grounding in. Really nice interiors too, quality items and generally great vibes. Easy and Beautiful walks right out the door and we have heard woodpeckers and owls here and the amount of stars you can see are is incredible. The skylights in the bedroom allow you to see the trees all around which makes you feel very connected to nature and relaxed.

Great host, very helpful and responsive to messages. House very clean and had everything we needed for our stay Site was good, kids loved playing on the wooden play area. 5min drive to Perranporth beach and shops Would recommend to anyone

Tina was very responsive, explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay. When we arrived Tina added some beautiful welcoming touches and left some treats for everyone including a care package for our dog. The property was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay to make it home from home. I have already recommended Tina and her properties to friends and family and would definitely love to book again in the future.

Beautiful area to stay in very close to the best beach perranporth

Beautiful converted stable, warm, cosy & extremely clean. Every eventuality catered for & a lovely welcome pack with milk, cookies & crisps. Perfect if you are looking for peaceful surroundings with lovely scenery and walks. Short car journey into the nearest town. Nicola was super friendly & helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and popped by to say goodbye. Perfect host !

Chrissie’s place is a lovely, comfortable and cosy little house equipped with everything you’d need for a short break. You can use the facilities on site, or stay in and watch tv if the weather’s not great! There’s even a DVD player and a few DVDs, with the option of borrowing more from the main clubhouse. The location is a little bit out of town, so a car is essential for getting around and as it was out of season, taxis were a bit hard to find. We had great meals at The Bucket of Blood (don’t be put off by the name) and the Terrace bistro, both in Hayle. I would stay here again if I came back to Cornwall.

we had a lovely break.very relaxing . The site and accommodation was very clean . the swimming pool looked very inviting but we did not have enough time to use unfortunately.

Claire’s beautiful house is the perfect place to stay for a holiday!! It has an amazing location and a fabulous enclosed garden with everything you need for a memorable stay. We loved the hot tub,fire pit and outdoor seating area. Claire has thought of everything in the house… immaculately clean , beautiful comfy beds and a lovely kitchen with personal touches of biscuits and a welcome bottle of bubbly. Claire was immediate with her communication when asked a question. We had such a special and memorable stay we definitely 💯 plan to return!! Thankyou Family Riley xxx

The caravan is located in a beautiful and peaceful place, close to stunning beaches and nearby towns. Even without a car, it is easy and quick to get there. It’s clean and spacious. It has everything you need for your stay. Very cozy—you can feel almost like at home! The only downside is that there isn’t a wide range of entertainment within the park itself—just one restaurant open only three days a week and a swimming pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! 🌟 **Location:** The apartment is perfectly situated in a great location. **Cleanliness:** Immaculately clean and well-maintained, it felt like staying in a brand new place. **Amenities:** The smart TV was a wonderful addition, allowing us to log into our Netflix account and relax with our favorite shows. The strong WiFi was also a huge plus—super reliable and fast. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable flat with all Amenities required . Perfect location right in the center , shops , restaurants , port and beaches and yet in a quiet location . With a bonus of allocated parking space minutes away at the train station which is a real advantage in St Ives . Thank you .

Chy Kembro is just lovely. Everything you need is there. It was lovely and clean and the location and setting was simply beautiful. Very doggie friendly. Chy Kembro is very spacious and the gardens are well enclosed when the gates are shut. Lovely helpful neighbour Terry who assisted with a smoke alarm until Louise could sort it herself. The Cove was fantastic so peaceful and great when it was really windy and raining ☔️ could have sat in the car for hours watching the waves crash. Excellent views from both front bedrooms and the upstairs lounge is great to watch the sea too. Will definitely be returning. Continue with the hard work Louise it’s very much appreciated by your guests 🥰😀🐶

Beautiful house in a Fantastic location (5. mins walk to beach) with fantastic views. The most well equipped holiday house I’ve ever stayed in…. Spacious and airy. Very peaceful place to relax in which my husband and I needed… Definitely would book again. Thank you Sharon x

We had such a beautiful weekend staying at this peaceful cabin, it’s just what we needed to get away from our busy lives! I loved that there wasn’t a Tv and just took in the surroundings and all the animals that came to say hello too, Would totally recommend staying here if you need a quiet retreat with stunning views! Loved the hot tub although be careful it gets hot hot ☺️ was our first time using a log burning hot tub and we had to wait a while for it to cool down but once it did it was just lovely, being under the tree and the fairy lights on the tree gave enough lights very romantic 🥰 It was lovely and clean and the bed is super comfy xx

The cabin is an oasis in the middle of delightful Penryn. Beautifully set up, with a large fenced garden which was perfect for my dog, and relaxing with a glass of wine. This was not my first visit and certainly won’t be my last.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and equally as happy every time, cute little annex, with everything you could need. Location is fantastic, close to beautiful beaches and a bus stop just down the road with regular buses to st Ives and surrounding areas.
