Absolutely beautiful! Looks exactly like pics. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I loved how the home was decorated. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Amazing views. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Five stars in every category.

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

The place was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the place. We loved staying at this home. We visited the area for a cousins wedding. Perfect for the family. Super clean and the home had a lot to offer!

Very clean, comfortable and well furnished home. Plenty of room. Beautiful three season porch. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described on the website. We especially appreciated that the TV’s were hooked up to cable so we could watch local and national sports (we’re Bruins fans). We would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. She has a fully stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The views are wonderful and the master bath is incredible. This house is sparkling clean! It’s located very conveniently to the bike path and Colt State Park. We loved the area and were thankful to have our long days end hanging out in this lovely house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Our stay and communication with Kate, from booking our post-Christmas getaway months prior to our checkout, was outstanding. Her spacious home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and was SPOTLESS. It was filled with everything you need to feel right at home and more. We really wanted a place to relax that had a hot tub and fireplace and this home delivered-even in not great weather we got in a little soak! Beds were comfortable, linens clean and beautiful decor was perfect—we especially liked the tasteful winter holiday touches. Would love to return to enjoy the beautiful patio and gardens.

Our stay at Derek’s place was great! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there is a public beach within a 10 minute walk. This is a great place to stay for a family vacation

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

We were in RI for an annual business nmeeting but also have friends and family in the area. The location was perfect and accessible to both Wakefield and Newport. The apartment was comfortable, filled with everything we needed for our stay. Sean was proactive - the neighborhood was quiet, the bed was comfy. All good! Thank you!

Our daughter and her family live close to this property, so we knew what to expect in terms of location, walkability, restaurants, etc. It was a great location for us, but it wouldn't be a good choice if you wanted to be in easy walking distance to the "heart " of Newport. We rented the apartment for the month of December as Chris allows dogs, and it is a one-story unit (my husband has mobility problems). The unit was clean and looks like the pictures. The shower does not have safety bars, but the walls are smooth/clean and suction safety bars work perfectly. My husband especially liked the TV service (YouTube TV, which was included). The sofa and bed were comfortable, but it would have been nice to have more storage space (drawers) for our clothing. The back yard is enclosed with a new 6' high fence, which is the only good choice for the area (Newport does have coyotes). Chris was VERY responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel welcome.

이번 여행에서 에어비앤비를 이용했는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 우선, 숙소의 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 시내와 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고, 주변에 대중교통도 잘 되어 있어 관광하기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 덕분에 시간 낭비 없이 알찬 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고 응답이 빨랐습니다. 궁금한 점이 있을 때마다 바로 답변을 주셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 체크인 과정도 간단하고 원활하게 진행되어 좋았어요. 또한, 가격이 다른 숙소들에 비해 저렴한 편이어서 가성비가 정말 뛰어났습니다. 이 정도 가격에 이 위치와 서비스라면 충분히 만족할 만한 선택이라고 생각합니다. 숙소 크기는 크지 않지만, 주방에는 필요한 것들이 다 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 요리를 해 먹기에도 불편함이 없었어요. 다만, 세면대의 냉수가 잘 나오지 않아서 조금 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 만약 이 부분만 개선된다면 더 완벽한 숙소가 될 것 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었고, 다음에 다시 방문할 의향이 있을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다!

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

Matt’s house was a great place to stay in Jamestown. The natural light and views are amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and looked better in real life than in the photos (how many times can you say that!?). Kevin was a very responsive and kind host, answering all of my questions. The location was perfect - so serene and peaceful. The outdoor space was gorgeous, the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Richard’s place. The space is clean, roomy and comfortable. They had a minor plumbing issue during our stay but it wasn’t a problem and Richard was very proactive in communicating the issue and resolution. It was a convenient location for our stay. Would stay here again for future visits. Thanks!
