Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family. The beds were soft and comfortable, the linens and pillows were high-quality. The place was absolutely spotless clean. The backyard and property was quiet and serene. Thoughtful details like step stools to reach higher shelves or for toddler handwashing. Our twins loved sleeping on the trundle bed. Beautifully curated artwork throughout the home. Quiet street with historic homes. Location was perfect for us- near our extended family. We look forward to staying again.

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

This was our second time staying at Coleen’s place. Our first time to celebrate our one year anniversary. This time, years later, so I could propose to my girlfriend and then celebrate our engagement. Coleen is super responsive and went out of her way to make this stay happen for us. Her place had everything we could have imagined and made the visit to Newport special. She is definitely one of the best hosts we have ever had experience with and I would highly recommend her place if you’re making the trip to Newport. There is so much to do in the area and Coleen’s place has a great location and the perfect private getaway for all. It’s a place we hold dear and we look forward to going back to visit and celebrate future chapters of our lives!

Liliane’s place was fantastic for our girls weekend! The house is so spacious and such a fantastic setup. Our large group could spread out with the layout- living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens located on both floors. Perfect location being close to Newport. I would recommend this spot to anybody looking to visit the area!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. The host was friendly, greeted us on check in and give a list of recommendations for places to go and things to do. The home had a nice cozy feel to it. Great weekend getaway spot!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Great apartment in the heart of Newport! The apartment was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. Perfect size for a group of 2-3. As stated in the listing, there is one bedroom with a bed and one pull out couch. I stayed with my group of 3 and this arrangement was perfect for us. Cohost Deb was very responsive and answered all questions/communicated with me before, during and after the stay. There were plenty of linens, towels, and other essentials. There are many restaurants, bars, convenient stores and entertainment walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here, we had no issues and were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. Side note: this apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is a bar next door on the first floor and it can get nosey, if this is an issue for you I would suggest noise canceling headphones or ear plugs - the louder night of the week for us was Saturday.

Cozy, comfortable, perfect location for exploring the "cottages" and the cliff walk. Was also quiet and residential, though just a few minutes from restaurants and the main touristy street. We didn't have a car and didn't feel we were missing out. Also, as others have said, the bed was so comfortable - I'm already thinking about going back!! And the chocolates and tea were such a lovely touch!

We loved our stay ! Great location , nearby lots of restaurants and shops . The staff were so accommodating and friendly . The unit was beautiful and felt like home , we will definitely be back . Thank you 🙏

We had a wonderful time at this Newport apartment. Very comfortable setting. Felt safe with a police station right across street. Many of the places we dined at, or picked up food at were within walking distance. The apartment was very cozy. Plenty of room for us to relax in between tours of the city, and comfortable sleeping in overnight. Would highly recommend.

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

Perfect spot for the weekend! Kathy’s place is exactly as described, with an amazing open family room. Best location, in that it’s walkable to everything but removed enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. Kathy’s instructions to get in were simple and easy and having the parking pass was super helpful too. Highly highly recommend!!

Matt was an awesome host! He was super friendly and quick to respond. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt really relaxed there. The location was perfect for exploring Newport. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. He had great recommendations in his local guide. Fun trip for anyone looking to explore Newport.

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.
