Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

The stay was amazing. The house had enough room for everyone. We loved the extra living room downstairs where there was activities incase of a rainy day which we did end up having. There is a fire pit downstairs which was beautiful to light at night and make smores. The town was beautiful and the house is in a great location where we have our own privacy but not too far away from everything. The host left clear instructions and left local recommendations which were very helpful. The host even left a gift for my birthday which was beyond nice and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

We couldn’t have asked for more with this rental. The water views were gorgeous; the furniture was comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked; even the TV was easy to use with lots of viewing options. Ashley is an excellent host, too. Highly recommend this house.

Loved the location and the house! Gorgeous, tranquil setting only minutes away from area beaches and convenient to Jamestown and Newport too. The house is beautiful inside, the kitchen updates are beautiful. Everything is set up for comfort, the outdoor spaces, there's even a card table! We visited when the Olympics were happening, and the couch and TV set up is perfect - lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. As someone else mentioned, if you like blackout curtains, this is not the location for you. However, if you thrive in a light, bright space, you will LOVE this location. Thanks for a great vacation space, Shanequa! We will be back.

The peaceful, charming, and private one-story cottage was comfortable, very nicely furnished, impeccably tended, and well-provisioned. The excellent location included privacy on Annaquatuckett pond - where we loved hearing the geese and ducks coming in for landing in the evenings, and the periodic calling of owls. We enjoyed a lovely few weeks of access to events in the area including local theatrical productions, libraries, surf, sound, our favorite restaurants and coffee shops, much of which was within a 5–10-minute drive. Marie and family were courteous, kind and generous hosts, and always on hand to take care of any questions – no matter how small and insignificant. We look forward to finding refuge again in Marie’s cottage on our next trip to Wickford.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

We really liked this place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and clean and the only audible sound in the morning were seagulls. You left us some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Thank you for this nice accomodation!

We were in RI for an annual business nmeeting but also have friends and family in the area. The location was perfect and accessible to both Wakefield and Newport. The apartment was comfortable, filled with everything we needed for our stay. Sean was proactive - the neighborhood was quiet, the bed was comfy. All good! Thank you!

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

This was the ideal location for my husband and me to spend the holidays with our family who live across the lake. Will and John gave us a warm, friendly welcome and Quinn also checked in to make sure we settled in and had everything needed for a comfy cozy stay. It was easy to communicate with everyone and the location felt peaceful and private but not isolated. I can't imagine a more ideal experience and cannot thank Quinn enough for making this stay the best ever we've had with Airbnb!

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
