Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

We’ve stayed at Governor’s Green multiple times, and Brad and Sarah’s place at least twice. It’s always really clean, comfortable, scenic, and, for us, perfectly located. It’s also cheaper than some hotels, and you get a lot more space and amenities for your money. It has become our go-to place to stay in Williamsburg. I highly recommend Brad and Sarah’s place.

We had such a wonderful stay. Our vacation started out a little bad with delayed flights and terrible car rental. Our wonderful hosts were extremely understanding and helpful and changed our sour moods right around. She was exceptional at giving us any heads up about what was happening around the property and events going on. The condo was just so comfy and had everything we needed. We would most definitely like to stay again in the future.

Overall, a great place to stay after the summer season was over. The apartment complex had turned off few of the amenities, but it was manageable.

Everything matched the description. The location is close to everything; 15 min from Busch Gardens, 10 min from Warhill Sports Complex. When you check in they will chat to you about doing a timeshare meeting but when I explained we would be gone all day and that I was from the area the girl backed off. Very spacious place and clean. Would def stay here again.

Great stay and the host was very attentive.

Our family (6 people total) stayed for four days and spent our time at Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The complex is about a 5-8 minute drive from CW and Jamestown, about 25 minutes to Yorktown. Perfect location, plenty of food options in the area, and it's quiet and away from traffic. Tons of amenities including indoor pool, arcade, and mini golf, though we did not use those as we were very busy being tourists. The check-in process took a bit of time due to our room not being ready when we arrived, but we got it resolved within 30 minutes or so. The condo was far more spacious than we anticipated and included two kitchens, a bathroom for each room, and laundry in the room. Large kitchen table allowed us to eat together for breakfast, and the spacious living room was big enough for everyone to hang out at night. Overall a great stay, at a very reasonable price compared to the hotels at the historic sites!

This was a stressful stay as our mother is almost 100 years old and we got the message that she was close to dying. It was quite nice to have this quiet place to return to after the time we spent with Chris' mother. So we really were not able to engage in any of the resort offerings. It was a surprise that, after we paid for our regular fee, we were informed that we had to pay an additional "resort fee" for using the facilities. If we had known that we would have looked elsewhere as we felt like we were paying for something that we were not going to be able to use. Otherwise, this is a nice, clean place, quiet and with beautiful grounds.

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

Absolutely amazing! Any question I had was answered honestly and I will definitely book again!

Fourteen of us stayed at the Sandbridge Jewel to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Everyone raved about Andrea's place! It was beautifully decorated and very well stocked, both inside and out. The three decks, lovely pool, shaded cabana, and dock were all wonderful. The path to the beach made it so easy to roll out of bed and walk over to see the sunrises. We are already talking about a return visit!

Stumbled on this place at the last minute and was overwhelmed by how perfect it was to make sure the whole family was together. It also was close to the grocery store and great local restaraunts.

Visited family on our way back to South Florida and stayed for Christmas. Perfect home for families, secluded on the water, but a few miles from newly built retail plazas. Joseph, a fellow vet was super responsive and proactive. We were glad to give him our business.

This was an amazing find! It was half a block from a quiet part of the beach in an upscale residential neighborhood, yet it was only a mile to the heart of the city and the bustling boardwalk. The home was lovely, charmingly furnished with tons of comfy seating and toasty blankets. There was a perfect beachy vibe. The hot tub was private and roomy. And the hosts were incredibly helpful, crazy generous and welcoming. In fact, they purchased exercise equipment after I mentioned that I liked to work out. I will be back and urge you to do the same. Whether for a romantic getaway or family vacation, I am certain you will be as delighted as we were!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.

Thank you Victoria and Matt for opening up your home to us!! We had a wonderful holiday trip. The home was great, cozy beds, and so well-equipped for kids - we loved the playroom area with all the kids toys!! We would absolutely recommend to others and hope we get to stay here again.

We had a great weekend. Gary and Jennifer were so accommodating to our group. They were very responsive with all of our questions. We had a small baby shower for my daughter and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house is so cute and nicely appointed. When we arrived we were greeted with warm muffins and brownies set out for our arrival. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our celebration and sleeping space for several of the out of town guests. They had set up small spaces for those with babies and play spaces for the little ones with a play kitchen and dress up. That truly entertained the little ones while we were able to enjoy the baby shower. The house is off the beaten path with a beautiful relaxing view with a very cozy deck to sit outside and enjoy it. The next time we are in Williamsburg, I would definitely stay there again.

The check-in process, with the resort, includes repeated attempts to sign up for a timeshare presentation. The resort's activities center staff was rude when we signed up for an activity. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The resort has a gym, but it's small and has limited equipment. The accommodations are clean and offers everything we were looking for. The furnishings could use updating though. The location is perfect for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestowne Settlement, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
