Super appreciative of Tierras quick and proactive response. This was a last minute selection and Tierra was happy to accommodate us. The place was convenient for what we needed. Nice and cozy for me and my kids. Would recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rick and Christi's Airbnb. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway, with direct access to the beautiful sandy beaches of Chesapeake Bay. Whether you’re into water activities, fishing, or just taking quiet walks around the serene neighborhood, this place has it all. One thing to note is that this spot is not for those seeking nearby restaurants or bars because there aren’t any in the vicinity—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our family, including my wife and 14-year-old child, thoroughly enjoyed our time here. But what truly sets this place apart is the warm and friendly hospitality from Christi. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A lovely touch was the fresh jalapeño pepper she gave us, which we’re still using in our meals. Thank you, Christi and Rick, for making our vacation memorable.

Our family had a great time at Catherine's place. It's a quick 5-7 minute drive to historic Cape Charles with shops and dining and also the beach. The house had a cute, beachy decor with little areas like the game room and the back sun porch where our family could spread out when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed ...there is great local seafood nearby so we did a big dinner one night. Besides going into Cape Charles, we enjoyed a morning at Kiptopeke State park which is about 10 minutes away. They have bikes and kayaks to rent as well as a nice beach area. This house was perfect for exploring the Eastern Shore of Va!

My extended family takes a vacation together every year. We’re normally at the beach, but needed a place close to Smithfield because a niece recently gave birth and wouldn’t be traveling. Well, we couldn’t have found a better place! Dante’s home provided everything we needed … clean, comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, lots of room for the kids to run around and play, and my favorite … the swimming pool!!! The weather was perfect for lounging around and in the pool. We will definitely be back next summer!

Overall is good, suitable for a short vacation. The only issue is the house is not very clean, and the main door is hard to open.

The house “Nana’s Place” is located in the maritime forest that is a 5 minute walk to the Beach. It does require a 4x4 or AWD vehicle to get to the house, as it is a ten mile drive up the beach to get to. We did see one wild horse on the drive in and there is evidence of more all around the area. While there, we spent a majority of the time with the sliding doors open or sitting in the screened in porch so we could hear the sound of the beach. It was not uncommon to find tree frogs around the house, so be sure to check the doors before closing them There is only well water in the house, so fresh water must be brought. Nik has provided a dispenser in the house for 5 gallon jugs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. Parking passes for the beach are provided, but since the house is so close we ended up walking to the beach every time. The experience of driving on the beach is a one of a kind!

Chuck has to be one of the best hosts that I've ever had at Air BNB let alone anywhere for that matter! From the first time his listening came across my page I was immediately drawn to not only his spacious, creative, artistic house but also his energy as a person. Throughout my whole experience Chuck has been super kind, professional, and supportive of my needs and usage of his home. He is an amazing person that makes you feel right at home and like you've known him for years. His home is like something you can only see in the movies and is an unbelievable experience. It is an artistic dream that is comfortable, clean, spacious, and beyond fulfilling. I highly recommended this location to everybody and promise you it's nothing like what you have ever experienced before. More than that you will love Chuck and all the amazing energy that he brings.
