From: The Ladies (70+yo old girlfriends who visited) The airbnb was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Christina was wonderful and answered immediately the few times we called with a question. She even went above and beyond and left us breakfast goodies/items and then provided puzzles to borrow once we told her that we enjoyed them. She was patient with us senior ladies :). We also appreciate your hospitality during our stay also. Maybe the one suggestion that I would make is that one of the bedrooms upstairs should probably have 2 twin beds instead of a double bed, therefore everyone could have their own bed. We would stay here again on our next Va beach visit! Thanks for everything!

it was expensive and cleaning charges were high. the place is walkable to beach , easy access , clean. the balconies are great features

We have stayed at this location 2 years in a row. It's great if you would like to be at the beach but away from the crowd near the boardwalk of VA Beach. It's great for families. 1.5 blocks to beach and beach is very open rather than congested. I highly recommend staying here and we will book again in 2025.

Meticulously maintained and extremely clean! Nice touches such as a welcome card and loaf of bread, snack basket and wine in the fridge. Pantry well stocked with cleaner, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. Great location, very close to the Virginia Beach Town Center, great restaurants and shopping. Also very close to major roads. Rosemary was very responsive and even came on a holiday to replace the batteries in the front door keypad.

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

We had such a great time at Julie's place. I highly recommend this to others. Julie was very hospital and the space was clean, lovely, and a great location.

Nice place for a family vacation. Close to all the major attractions in the area and only a short drive for additional things to do. As advertised, but be sure to double check if the photos are the unit you will get. This was a 2 bedroom 3 bed with a pull out sofa bed as advertised, but the bedrooms were in the basement. Plenty of on site activities, however the miniature gold could use some updates. Do be careful as this is a time share resort, so they are going to try to sell you one. They offer something free to get you in, park tickets, cash, etc. But you don't have to buy. The unit was clean, the staff was friendly and Tara was great for my first time using Airbnb.

Our stay was wonderful! We were happily surprised at how spacious and beautiful the inside of the condo was. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids! We didn't feel piled on top of each other--everyone had their own bed and no one had to fight for the bathroom. It was so close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants, and, most importantly, conveniently located to Busch Gardens which was the reason we came to Williamsburg. We would highly recommend Debbie's place to others coming to Williamsburg!

We wanted to bring our children to colonial Williamsburg and Andy’s place was a great location to stay— very close to colonial Williamsburg, grocery stores, shopping, etc. It was clean and the resort had some nice amenities for kids (pool, movie library, small playground). The only things that weren’t great were the pillows on the beds (the whole family agreed we would have slept better with nicer pillows!), not knowing beforehand that the 4-bedroom unit was actually 2 units on top of each other, and how small the kitchen was. But for the price we paid, we were very happy— and we were glad for how clean it was and how easy it was to find.

Highly recommend! Excellent location! The property is just a couple of blocks from the oceanfront, and in a prime location for walking to restaurants, concerts, stores, and shops. All of the rooms were exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Lisa was prompt in responding to our questions, and followed up to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Loved the rooftop (nice partial ocean/city views), and balconies on each floor. It is a bit pricey for a single paying family, but the large spacious bedrooms, privacy, 2-car garage, large balconies, open kitchen, fireplace, spacious bathrooms, rooftop, and location, made it worth my stay when compared to the more expensive hotels. If you are not use to stairs (no bedroom on main floor), this floor plan may be a bit challenging. I would recommend not trying to navigate all the stairs at once, but instead, taking a short break to visit the person/persons on each floor before continuing to the top. Otherwise, good exercise, great place!

It’s very convenient and accessible to beach, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed cycling to boardwalk and first landing state park. Highly recommended!

Great stay in VA Beach. Helen was easy to communicate with. Close to beach and lot of restaurants within walking distance. Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in and cook. Nicely stocked with beach essentials with carts to tow as well.

Recently stayed here while my son attended summer camp at Busch Gardens and location was great as it was just a short drive to the park and literally next door to water country! The unit is in a timeshare community so know you’re not getting a unit with personal touches. It’s pretty bare bones with everything you need but nothing more (no board games, no internet tv, no coffee filters, only public WiFi, etc). But the unit was clean and had plenty of space and the pull out couch was in a separate den allowing my son to have his own room and some privacy. You can hear the people in the unit above so if given an option at check-in, you might want to ask if a second floor space is available.

Great location and beautiful space. It felt like home. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. I highly recommend this location if visiting VB

Thank you for all your hospitality. Place was very clean and easily accessible. The home was great and very well kept. The area was a little concerning but it was quiet and we had no issues. However you were great hosts and very responsive and friendly. Thank you.

We’re so thankful for Brenda opening up her gorgeous home for my husband and I plus our two dogs to stay in for the weekend. Check in was simple & location was perfect for having to travel to Hampton for a wedding. Although the apartment is in the walkout basement of the owner’s home, it was still SO peaceful and private. We felt like we were in our own little oasis by the water. We even had a private patio to use! I felt very safe walking my dogs alone around the neighborhood & taking them out in the late hours of the night. The apartment looked better than what we were expecting from the photos, everything was pristine and clean, & anything we needed, they had! The theater room was a huge bonus. We loved sitting down & watching movies after our long days! The chickens checking in on us through the kitchen window was one of my favorite parts. Our only con is that the weather wasn’t nice enough to borrow Brenda’s kayaks and take them out onto the water! Lol. 12/10 recommend!🤍

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Sue’s Virginia Beach home! The house was very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for our trip. It was also conveniently located, just a short drive/walk from the beach and nearby attractions. Michael and Sue went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering helpful tips and being incredibly accommodating. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. Sara had good communicate and friendly. I would definitely book again. Thank you

The home is beautifully decorated and feels warm and welcoming. There are two parking spaces right in front which is very convenient. Great property!

I didn't pay attention to the fact that one bedroom is a loft, my fault. We had trouble getting in and the lock relocks itself quickly after opening. Beyond those items, the home is lovely, quiet and within walking distance of local coffee, food and the beach (😁). We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

We had a very quiet, comfortable stay close to all of the historical sites and Busch Gardens. The townhouse had many amenities on the property, but our stay was too short to use them this trip. The only downside was the push to attend a timeshare presentation during check in, which was not for us. We would stay here again if in the area.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Virginia Beach and loved Stephanie's rental. The rental made us feel at home, it was extremely clean and had plenty of room for all of us; not just bedroom or bathroom space but the kitchen area and family room were very accommodating. There were so many amenities I didn't have to buy a whole lot to prepare for the trip. Stephanie was extremely responsive and fast if I had questions or needed assistance. She was great at taking care of us. I really appreciate how well she takes care of her guests. We hope to come back in a few years and stay again! Thank you for everything!
