Fantastic rental home with some of the best ocean views we’ve ever seen! The home is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our kids loved the game tables and amazing theatre room. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

This house is old and quirky but so well kept and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Private beach access was great. And the view!! The view is absolutely incredible, from the living room and the bedroom. That was the best part of our whole trip! We loved staying here and would definitely come again. Oh and an added bonus - the restaurant right next door has great food, beer, and coffee!

Paul’s place was amazing! It was exactly as described in the listing and the photos. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Paul is an extremely generous host and provides a well stocked, super clean, comfortable, place with a perfect location. You are literally at the beach. He was very responsive and helpful for any questions that we had and we felt at home and welcome with our little dog as well.

Carol let me know shortly after we booked that we could check in early and also offered an extended check out time. The house and the hot tub were amazing. The pellet fireplace realy set the evening off for family board games. Awesome place to stay.

Anissa’s beach house was magical and just what my husband and I needed for a Springtime recharge! We brought our two small dogs and they had a great time as well. Such a comfortable and welcoming space with so many thoughtful touches throughout. We spent most of our stay watching the waves from the main living room with the fireplace going- it was the most relaxing time! We even spotted sea lions!

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific City. Super walkable to the beach and town. We were so happy that the place was dog friendly too. Lots of space for our family of four to spread out and enjoy. Loved sitting on the patio and the hot tub was a plus. Even saw deer in the back! Jana was very responsive and was open about the road noise straight away. Clean and comfy space. We will be back!

We escaped the city to spend a birthday in the sanctuary space that this beautiful property is! We loved having the windows open to hear the constant powerful ocean, loved all of the big windows to watch storms roll in & out, and the sunset from the table inside or the perch at the edge of the yard! The bathtub was the largest we have ever seen, and even tho it took about an hour to fill, it was easy time to kill knowing how luxuriously deep and enjoyable it was! Such a cool view from the captains couch, loved taking a few naps from there with the view of the ocean all around! This space is well loved&taken care of! Loved being next door to Georgie’s for quick&delicious fill in meals that we didn’t wanna travel out for, picked up breakfast in my pajamas twice! She left such a lovely snack basket, beautiful flowers and bottle of wine and even a cute card of hers and cupcakes! What a treat!! Totally clear communication, directions, helpful notes to navigate the space! Thanks! So much joy

This is a really cool house in a really beautiful neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beach. We immediately felt very welcome by Matthew’s correspondence and proactive communication. Then, once in the house, it was comfortably furnished, tall ceilings. And just very cozy. Our kids enjoyed playing in the park across the street, and of course the nearby beach. There were 7 of us total, and the house was just right. The drive down to Newport really isn’t that far, and is beautiful in itself. We appreciated the quality of the home, place and Matthew’s responsiveness. We would happily rebook, and recommend.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Gorgeous condo with an incredible oceanfront view. Spotless unit with everything you need to relax and enjoy the coast. We’d love to come back!

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

Wonderful house for us and kids to spend the weekend relaxing.

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a great time visiting Newport and staying in Richard condo. The ocean view was amazing, and the studio save was just right for the two of us. The street is full of fun shops and casual restaurants. Even though my spouse’s fishing trip was cancelled due to weather, I did get a bike ride in, and we had lots of fun. Thank you!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at Mel’s, and it was another spectacular experience!! Our whole group had a wonderful time!! Beautiful home, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful ocean view! We love how we walk out the back door, and we’re on the beach!!

The house was great for two families. The kids loved the bar seating at the kitchen island, spacious bunk room and proximity to the beach. We would definitely book again!

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

What a great beach house! 4 bedroom, 2 story house allowed for the kids to play and the adults to socialize and relax. with With direct access to the beach anyone could go out whenever they felt like it. and the hot tub and pool table was SO wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

If such a thing as the perfect beach cabin existed, this would be it. From the living room to the sand and with a spectacular view of Kiwanda Rock from all the living spaces. A 6' sand dune did obstruct most of the view of the beach but we were well informed of this possibility as it's so close to the beach and with all the recent wind storms it was expected. The home has ALL the amenities of home and then some. My kids enjoyed the endless beach toys and upstairs loft where theres unobstructed views of the beach and Kiwanda Rock. Theres plenty of space and furniture, comfortable beds and intriguing decor. We enjoyed showering while looking at the beach. Daniel was an amazing host and has an awesome home, we'd love to stay there again!

We have stayed at many of the ocean front homes in Pacfic City. We found this home to be very comfortable and enjoyed the layout of the home with its vaulted ceilings, open living and kitchen areas. The wall of windows was perfect for watching the ocean.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We came back because of how much we loved that it is cozy and has just an amazing view and great beach access. I am especially grateful in this trip because I had to reschedule my reservation due to a death in my family. Joni very graciously helped me find another weekend and did not charge at all for any change. We definitely plan to come back!
