Linda and Steve’s place is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from downtown Yachats and is easy to find. The room is on the ground floor and has a private entrance. (There was someone staying in the room upstairs, which has a separate entrance, and I heard the floor creak once.) The room and bathroom were lovely and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. I felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast and quiet home. Spacious room, with the sound of ocean through the open windows. Would stay again. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have access to coffee before the scheduled breakfast time; I’m an early riser and had to wait several hours for coffee.

This Airbnb is a true gem! Linda and Steve were the kindest, most gracious and welcoming hosts we've ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like long-lost friends. They were responsive and attentive, yet never intrusive. We also loved hearing their stories and life experiences! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks and drinks they provided. The beautiful Airbnb is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, and was clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. The modern bathroom is spacious with a gorgeous shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs. We loved the scenic 10-minute walk along the river to the beach and town! The location was ideal—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet quiet at night. We highly recommend this Airbnb and these amazing hosts. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Yachats!

We love staying at Debra's place. It's one of our favorites. She is host that always goes above and beyond. You will wake up to peaceful forest views and to the sounds of a plethora of birds. Deb has delicious breakfast items and coffee available, which is always such a treat! She is very thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you for another amazing stay, Deb! I had to arrive pretty late (2:30am) from a long trip and Bonnie was able to answer the phone and explain how to make it to her location.

Bonnie's place was absolutely wonderful! The sunset from the deck was fabulous, as was sitting in the hot tub! It was very comfortable and clean. She was great at getting us in at the very last minute, it was greatly appreciated! Would love to return when we have more time. Thank you! 💐☺️

Wow - I was looking for a quiet getaway with lots of nature. I got that and more. First - June’s home is close to Forest (the Lint Slough), the bay, and the ocean. I don’t have a car and was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. The spacious room - which had its own balcony - and the comfortable bathroom with tub and nice amenities was a relaxing place to take a hot shower and revitalize after my days of exploring nature. June prepares a delicious breakfast every day and was a kind, gracious host. This is by far my best airbnb stay - and I’ve travels quite a bit both domestically and internationally. My expectations were exceeded - June raises the bar. Thank you so much for your hospitality, June!

Wonderful place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the staff was warm and friendly.

Randy was a great host and made sure we were comfortable and felt at home on the Belle. Happy Hour and breakfast were so good as both had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon which was perfect. The common are is unlike any other place we have seen with the pellet stove which brought a warm peaceful atmosphere and great company. We will stay again.

Had a phenomenal stay, even with a power outage and storm! Will definitely be back again, Paige and Randy were communicative, and proactive in making sure I was taken care of when bad weather rolled in. The state rooms are gorgeous, everything was sparkling clean, and so very cozy.
