America's Cup Inn is right in the heart of Newport's shopping and dining district. The room was well appointed and spotless. It looked like it had been renovated recently. It was very comfortable and tasteful. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed off-season, so it was quieter than I imagine it might be in the height of the summer season. Also, because it was off season, parking was free and easy for us.

This spot was perfect for our reunion weekend! My friends and I graduated from Salve Regina University and wanted to catch up where it all began. Pelham St is centrally located on Thames and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!! The place itself was clean & newly renovated. Thanks Matthew!

Matthew’s Airbnb is the perfect place to stay when you come to Newport! There is free parking, lots of restaurants near by, allows pets, and is very a walkable location. It is less than a minute walk to the main st, Thames St, and it is across the way from Bowen’s Wharf and the church that JFK got married at! It is also a short drive to Cliff Walk & Ocean Drive! We had a great experience staying here, and the communal kitchen and dining room were pristine! Was easy to get in and out of with a front entry way and a back door. 10/10 would recommend

beautiful room in a gorgeous, peaceful inn. check in was extremely easy even though we arrived quite late. walkable to downtown

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

I love the Marshal Slocum Inn. This is my second time staying at this airbnb on separate occasions, and it almost feels like my little home away from home in Newport. Walking distance to the Wharf area, plenty of parking, comfortable stay. Wonderful host. This Inn is such a sweet surprise and feels like your own home. I love it

*As a Solo, Female Traveler* My stay at the Inn was nothing short of amazing! From the friendly faces and warm, welcome, to the hot tea, coffee, and breakfast pastries everything exceeded my expectation. The room was clean, the host was friendly, but also gave you your space, and housekeeping was offered every day. as someone who has never traveled to Rhode Island, this was exactly what I needed to fall in love with the place. The end was super close to everything and no more than a 15 minute walk to wherever I needed to be. There’s no place I would recommend if you were staying in this area!

I loved this stay! The rooms are super cute, cozy and serene. The location is lovely, just a short walk to the beach. I went during off season so it was very quiet and calm, which is what I wanted. Everyone that I spoke to during my stay was extremely nice, even though I had a little mishap of dropping off the key when checking out of one of the rooms! Thank you again!!
