The place was exactly as described, clean tidy and a good location. Natalie as a host was great from booking all the way through to check out. Quick responses to any questions. Met us at check in to welcome us and show how to enter the property. Was available throughout our stay for any questions we had. Gave us some ideas for places to visit. Very friendly. Will definitely return in the future.

Niki is the most lovely host I ever met. Knowing her has been an experience. The night of my arrival she took me for a pizza and we had it on romans ruins. That was totally unexpected and so amusing. Staying by Niki is worth for the human experience you'll have.

Claire was extremely nice, very welcoming and understaing of my needs/wants. I'm not very sociable, but if you are, I recommend her place even more. I LOVE her dog Eddy, a darling. 10/10

Wow, what an amazing stay here at the Sea Captain's House ! I think this must be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh and comfortable. Laila and Mim were exceptional hosts, I felt very welcomed in their home and part of the family. There is a beautiful wetland nature reserve on the doorstep as well as Cardiff Bay's restaurants and amenities. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I hope to come back one day.

We have just returned from a stay here whilst we visited our son at Cardiff Uni and family in Gloucestershire. The house is well located for proximity to the M4 Newport and Cardiff particularly . It was dog friendly . There is a fenced area at the bottom of the garden and a park nearby for walks . Parking is on a side street . We had no problem finding a park on it and we were back and forth frequently . The house is next to a very busy A road and the front bedroom is noisy as a result but coming from London that didn’t bother us particularly . The proximity to a fish and chip shop, Greggs, Tesco extra and sub zero ice cream parlour was most welcome ! The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with when we needed help with a couple of small issues .

I had the most wonderful stay at Sarah's charming home! After having visited 5 years ago, I knew that if I would ever come back to Bristol, I would only ever come and stay here again. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how warm and welcoming the space felt. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are large and cosy, perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that everything was perfect during my visit. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet conveniently close to green spaces and public transport links. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I can't wait to return!!

My Parents stayed at Dawn and Steven's place for a rugby game at the stadium and they came home raving about the place! This trip was on my dad's bucket list and I cannot thank Dawn and steven enough for how special they made if for them - from their kindness and advice for getting around Cardiff, to the wonderful space and amenities, my parents couldn't find a single fault except that their stay was too short and that they'll have to go again for a long weekend sometime! Thank you Dawn and Steven, my parents had a truly wonderful time♡

Great location and area to stay, very close to main Bristol city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants with lots to do nearby. The stay was lovely, and Arti was really helpful and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was also great, and had all the utilities we could need, so would recommend if you want somewhere cosy and private to stay while also being able to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer.

This apartment is so nice! We loved the terrace, loved the way access to coffee, restaurants (highly recommend The Claude for a lovely pub meal and game of pool!), and the small grocery store. Lots of stairs as advertised but not too many, plenty of good ventilation and very little/no street noise.

I stayed for one quick night at Jason’s flat. The flat in general was spotless, the room was just as described and the bathroom was in perfect condition, super clean! The location is relation to my needs was absolutely perfect, the access to the flat was easy. There is no number for the house, just a brown gate, but still impossible to miss it and Jason was available at all time. Nothing else to say. All perfect. Thank you Jason!

Very good location and the flat was excellent for what we needed it for ie a short weekend visit. Gareth was very helpful and willing to help with our requests.

Could not have asked for a better weekend with Rich. Rich really was kindness itself and was so easy to arrange everything. Room was great and I think the bed is the comfiest I have slept in for some time. A 5 mins walk to central Bristol I can not recommend Rich’s place enough!!

Great weekend spent here. Adam was great host and answered any questions quickly. Apartment very minimal but that was great with us as it was mainly a base to see the area. Would definitely return
