Absolutely beautiful house. We were blown away by it. A fairly large group of us stayed and the house was big enough to accommodate us all. The hot tub was great although did take a while to get up to temperature. Jill was welcoming and really helpful. A brilliant host. Would definitely stay again in future.

Great space for cooking and relaxing, tons of room and bathroom options. Great living area and ways to relax at home. Super helpful with access, instructions and recommendations. Can’t possibly be happier. Really looking forward to finding a time to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, we brought our 2 dogs and all thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Aileen is a superb host, always on hand to answer any questions or just have a quick chat. We enjoyed watching the horses and chickens being attended to throughout the day and the hot tub was a lovely way to end the days after walking along the beach or hiking in the mountains. 100% recommend

Thank you so much for hosting us! The apartment is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of the village, yet tucked away in a peaceful and private area. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, pubs, and Kilbroney Park. The amenities provided everything we needed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Edward was a wonderful host—friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place!

Paula is a genuine host who cares passionately about her cottage and her guests, and is very genuine when dealing with her guests.. Cosy, clean,comfortable, brimming with character best describes this accommodation. Well equipped,high standard Airbnb with an excellent host Toni. Our party of 10 gave it a 10 out of 10. Rostrevor itself is a beautiful town, very friendly people , exceptional walks, brilliant outdoor area as was the chowder in Feast. Two days all too short.

Our family had a fantastic 5-night stay at "The Bank" in Portaferry! The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of the town. What made our stay truly special was the heritage charm of the property. So many details still reflect its history as an old bank, and that unique character really added to the experience. We especially loved the cosy fireplace, which made those cold, dark winter evenings feel warm and inviting. Plus, everything in Portaferry was just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. Having a Eurospar right across the street was such a bonus too! We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would recommend "The Bank" to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

perfect break for us at number 19 - beach just a few steps from the front door. Lovely to watch the changing tides through the windows. Weather was amazing - and great to have a fire in the evening. Really enjoyed staying here.

A really super place to stay to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. The woods are literally next door, with easy access to the mountains while still being a short drive to town. The apartment is clean, warm and comfortable with everything you need.

We were blown away with how beautiful the property is as well as the stunning and peaceful location. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and a lovely welcome pack - it felt like home. John and Roberta were very welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable and were very responsive to any questions we had. Also very knowledgable about the area and its history. Taking our parents on a trip down memory lane, the property was the icing on the cake. And Mister Felix was a welcome bonus Very many thanks to you John and Roberta ☺️

Just back from a couple of nights at Avoca Lodge. It’s a beautiful lodge to be fair, easy to find in a beautiful, quiet area. The lodge itself was perfect for our family (5x) … loads of space albeit if you wanted to all have breakfast together in the kitchen diner or all just chill in the lounge after a long days exploring. All great size bedrooms and bathrooms which again made the lodge perfect for us. The lodge is beautifully decorated throughout - which we loved. We hired a car and the lodge is easily accessible and actually Belfast was only a 25min drive so location wise, it was a good base to explore most of the country. Li was a fab host, always responsive on messages and really kind throughout. As guests, we couldn’t ask for much more in terms of hospitality so thankyou. We are planning to revisit Northern Ireland very soon so may well book again. Would recommend for sure.

Had a lovely 2 night break at Kate's beautiful home. Kate was there to greet us at check in and gave us a tour of the house & some local recommendations. The view from the balcony over Strangford Lough is amazing and our toddler loved watching the ferry coming and going each day. We thought the house was really good value. It had everything we needed for a short break and made us realise we can cope without tv for a few days 😂 We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family. Would wholly recommend Jacqueline's place. Stunning views and exceptional location with all the bars, restaurants and amenities of Newcastle within easy walking distance. An ideal base to explore the Kingdom of Mourne and the Glen River Trail to the summit fo Slieve Donard is easily accessible from the end of the street! Jacqueline is extremely friendly, co-operative, informative and welcoming and a tremedous host.

Really wonderful hosts...so friendly and helpful with good recommendations. This was perfect for us and we were lucky with the weather. Would definitely stay here again. We still have things left to tick off on our to do list! Thanks Bryan and Catherine!

Breathtaking stay, very easy and responsive host. Would recommend to anyone both visiting and looking for a retreat.

Our stay at Karens place was amazing.. she organised everything for is in a few hours for our last minute booking. Her mum even brought us bread butter and milk when we arrived which was a lovely touch, my one criticism is that the pictures dont do it justice its a lovely little bungalow and conviniently near a tesco which helped thanks again karen! Thanks to Nicola for the use if The Barn ... compact and bijou! Nicola is a wonderful host with a friendly, engaging manner. She is proactive and offered twice in 10 days to change our bed linen. The Barn has a quaint interior, with lacquered stone walls and stained glass windows. It has a nice location on the edge of the Rademon estate ... we saw several pheasants (some walking past the front door). A pleasant place to stay (we didn't visit the Rademon distilleyr, producers of Shortcross Gin ... a few hundred yards away ... another time?) ... thanks again

We had a great stay. with our children rekindling some of their childhood memories. The location of the house could not be better. Just off the main street. The house had all you could ask for and a lovely garden space that was a sun trap on a nice day
