My friends and I had a great stay here! The place was perfectly comfortable for 3 people, but be aware that some spaces aren't the friendliest for people over 6 feet tall. We really liked the neighborhood as well - it was peaceful and quiet while still being a 5-10 min. walk from The T and buses, in addition to being near shops and restaurants. Susan was an incredible host and extremely responsive. We especially liked the amenities she provided for us, including transit cards, tea/snacks, and a rewards card for the nearby grocery store. If we're in Boston in the future, we'd love to stay here again!

I am one for color, plants and the comforts of home - and Jennifer’s place felt like it wrapped its wonderful coziness all around me. My family used to live in JP, and this place was also a perfect location for us - walkable to the Arboretum as well as the shops, cafes, and library of downtown JP. The skylights lit up the apartment during the day and it felt open and bright. The beds were cozy and every pillow was my friend. Endless hot water for the shower, great towels - helpful when you have a teenager with you. We wished there was a kitchen, but it was a great excuse to eat out more.

This was a great place to stay. We were a bachelorette party of 7 people — and we were all able to take rest time in the spacious are without being on top of each other. That type of space with that price in Boston is awesome. It was easy to get anywhere we needed. And checkout was so simple!

Thank you, Priscilla, for being the best host ever! Super responsive and flexible with recommendations for places in the area. We also appreciated all the little touches like the selection of teas and the coffees & hot chocolate pods for the Keurig. Great location that’s close to Louisa May Alcott’s Orchard House and Walden Pond! We would love to come back again.

Really nice area in walking distance to a few nice restaurant in nice quieter area

I had a wonderful stay here. The loft is lovely and warm with the pellet stove going. The backyard leads to a system of hiking trails that I really enjoyed.

Peter was very open, friendly and helpful from the beginning. Whenever we had a question/concern, he replied promptly. He also gave great recommendations. I would also feel safe as a solo traveler.

This place was perfect for visiting family in the area. I even had a cousin over for tea. For a one bedroom it's pretty spacious, the walk in closet was huge! The neighborhood is very quiet. We were welcomed with a half dozen eggs! Very generous considering the current egg shortage. There's a nice narrow but long driveway to park in. Set behind the house the space feels very private. The amenities were well stocked, plenty of soaps etc. It even had a small air fryer.

my Wife and I had the best time here. The place was clean, expertly designed, and very serene. Jared was also very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hiking trails are very accessible, and Jared is very willing to answer any questions about the trails. We had a perfect trip and would love to come again.

Sarah’s place is a VERY Salem experience. The charm of the neighborhood, the ease and walk ability of getting around, the views are what bring me back to Salem over and over, and this place had it all. The linens are luxurious. The bathroom is well appointed. But of course, the highlight for me is the entryway. I don’t think it sunk in while reading the description, how hobbit like it is. My son called it the Harry Potter door. We were in town to tour a local college, and this place made our short stint a delightful experience. I’ll have to return to experience the gardens in bloom, soon.

We had a great stay. Lynn is centrally located in MA, close to Boston and Salem. The train was close by even though we had a car.

We travel every year to Salem for their amazing film festival. We usually stay at the Marriott in Peabody and pay to park each day. The fact that they offered free parking was a huge plus as we didn’t need to move our vehicle all weekend. Everything we needed is a quick walk of no more than 10 minutes. Accommodations were at or above our usual Marriott and they supplied a variety of toiletries that are not always offered from an AirBnB. The only tricky part is navigating the stairs down to the suite. We were fully aware of this before we arrived but be sure you are able to carry luggage while walking down stairs. They are safe, but you need to physically capable to handle entering and exiting the building. We did bump I to the owner as we were leaving and they were pleasant and appreciative of our business. We hope that they are available for next year’s Salem Film Festival as we can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Perfect stay for me, my 80 year old mom with mobility issues, and my 18 year old daughter. Home is in a great location with private parking right by the door, and area more quiet and a short drive away from the busy city center but with easy access. It was just over the bridge to the TD Garden which we traveled to multiple times during our stay. Unit was spotless, newly renovated and decorated in a chic, clean, modern decor. Comfortable furniture, new TV and modern small appliances (coffee pot, air fryer) were a nice touch. Through no fault of the host there was an issue with the heat not turning down or off so it was a little hot in the unit. Host was very responsive, apologetic and concerned with our comfort and with resolving the issue without disturbing us or infringing on our privacy. She kept in contact until it was fixed. During the short in person contact we had with Angie she was warm and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay again if I am ever in Boston again!

This place is in a good location where everything is pretty walkable. Kevin was a good host, as he responded pretty quickly and was accommodating to changes!

I spent three weeks in the apartment while working in a Harvard library. It was a delight to come home to each evening. The place is spaciious, comfortably and colourfully furnished and has a welcoming feel. There is everything you could possible need, from crockery and cutlery to various products and other useful items such as umbrellas, rainwear, shopping bags... The bed is really comfortable. The separate washing machine room was great, and the equipment really up to date. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood a half an hour on foot along Brattle Street from Harvard Square or 10 minutes by bus. Leyla herself was wonderfully responsive throughout my stay, and I'm extremely grateful to her for her help and understanding when my flight home was cancelled because of the Heathrow fire. I shall have very happy memories of my stay.

The place was excelente for a peaceful weekend, I wanted to celebrate my birthday and I brought my birthday cake and I found at the cabin some birthday plates, napkins and candles for my birthday cake, I loved the attention, the kind and I felt very welcomed. The place has magnificent views, I did some kayaking in the white pond, I can’t describe how beautiful was the cabin with the viewing, definitely I will come back.

This property was precisely as advertised, ideally located for my needs, and Ian was a very responsive host. I would recommend the property and the host without reservation.

We stayed at Wind's place for 5 nights during out Minimoon visit in Massachusetts. We wanted to stay somewhere that wasn't too far from the heart of Boston. Regarding the overall AirBnB, it was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. There is no kitchen but he does provide several appliances you can use, like a kettle, airdryer, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Please keep in mind this is located on the 3rd floor if ypu have mobility issues, but for us it was fine. Location was safe and convenient. I especially liked how this AirBnB was located conveniently a few minute drive to a subway/train/bus station. One day we walked to this station and took the subway into Boston. You can also park at their garage if you don't feel like walking the 15 or so minutes to the station. Wind was very responsive whenever we had questions about the area or the airbnb itself. Overall we had a great stay! Thanks Wind :)

Nice little place located in the house basement. I really loved the place, the location. Brighton is very peaceful relaxing town with the local vibes! Owners were extremely flexible to me when I requested to extend my stay! The place was super clean and comfortable, with all necessary things in it! Extremely clean. The noise from the upstairs during the day time was absolutely not a problem for me. Quiet evenings

Greg accommodated our last-minute change of dates and request for an early check-in and we were greeted with lovely notes of welcome throughout the suite: snacks and water! candy on the pillows! kleenex flowers! twinkly lights on the topiaries at the front door! Magazines! Games! Thoughtful touches throughout, very well-stocked in terms of toiletries and cleaning supplies. We stayed nearly three weeks and it was a very comfortable and convenient space, even though it was cold and snowy outside. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and became regulars at Boston King Coffee down the hill.
