Older style 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Tau was very responsive and generously allowed us to check out 2 hour late after my wife fell ill. As you can see in the pictures, there isn't a separate shower area so the bathrooms are quite compact. Overall good value for money!.

Pros: - most of the building looks recently renovated - good value for having a kitchen and washer - helpful staff - good amount of natural light - internet Cons: - long-term guests smoking in the neighboring room - close enough to the main beach road to hear the traffic noise

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

We spent two weeks at Navi place and had a great time. We wish we had a room in the front of the hotel. Our room is in the back. There is not much of natural lights. Even though our room was clean, it had a musty smell as soon as we entered it. The hotel staff fixed this problem and we hardly noticed the smell. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. They always greeted us with big smiles. The receptionist gave us recommendations on restaurants. The hotel guardsman gave tips on sightseeings. The housekeeper cleaned our room, changed sheets and towels regularly. In all, We truly appreciate hotel staff’s excellent services, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely will comeback. Thank you all.

The stay overall was great, the price was good and the beach and Downtown is in close range. Something to consider is that rooms that do not have window on the street have really little light in the apartment. Otherwise the place is good.

The experiencewas very positive and I cannot wait recommending it to all my friends and families.

Очень уютные жилые комнаты, очень приятное освещение, чудесное расположение: рядом море, классный район, много кафе. Открывается замечательный вид из окна! Единственное, что меня смутило: это маленькие муравьи и запах влажности (как будто плесени). Я не снижаю за это оценку, но хотелось бы знать заранее о таких нюансах

I had an amazing 2 week stay at Thien's place. The location for me was perfect - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and nightlife, but away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and smaller grocery stores nearby. Gyms within 5- 10 minutes by grab. The studio apartment is located in the trendy My An area of Da Nang, but also close enough to the main down town area. The studio is large enough, with all the conveniences needed for a short or long stay - great for tourists or digital nomads. The internet works fast, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, and a great bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Would return, beautiful place and location

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. We have been traveling the world for almost 3 years. We've stayed in many Airbnbs. This property is definitely one of our favorites. Clean and modern, with a host that responded in minutes to any questions we had. The 2 gentlemen in the lobby were very kind and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there's many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The included weekly cleaning was great. After staying there for 5 weeks, we extended for another month. Highly recommended!

안트엉, 대학교 먹자 골목이 멀지 않아 편하고 소음도 없는 위치에 바로 앞 공원도 존재하여 탁트인 전망 입니다. 위치가 아주 좋아 추후에 다시 다낭을 방문하면 또 이용 할 예정 입니다. 세탁물이 없어서 이용하지는 않았지만 층별 공용 세탁기, 세제가 있으며 옥상에 건조 가능 합니다. 침구류가 아주 폭신하여 숙면을 취할 수 있었으며 샤워실의 뜨거운 물은 바로바로, 수압도 아주 좋게 나옵니다. 간단한 조리 도구와 베트남 호텔, 리조트 특유의 미적지근한 냉장고가 아니라 시원하고 넉넉한 용량의 냉장고가 있습니다.

Such a grat place to stay. Very comfortable and excellent view. Also Danh is an excellent host. Would greatly recommned this place.

Excellent location, looks same as in pics. Our family enjoyed the stay.

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! 편안하게 즐겼습니다! 체크인 과정도 에밀리의 꼼꼼한 안내 덕분에 편하게 마칠 수 있었고, 리조트내 부대시설 이용하는데도 어려움 없었습니다 그리고 보장되어 있는 높은 층수! 7층에서 내려다보는 전경이 정말 멋지고 훌륭합니다 여행동안 그랩 많이 이용했는데 접근성이 용이해서 불편함 전혀 없었습니다 부모님과 휴식하는데에 더할나위 없이 훌륭한 곳이고 다음 여행에도 또 방문할 것 같아요 :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. The location was great, with everything I needed close by. The internet was reliable, which was important for work, and the weekly cleaning was a nice touch. The host was responsive whenever I had questions, making the whole experience smooth. I’m planning to visit again next year and will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

이 숙소에 최고 장점은 뷰와 위치입니다. 다낭에서 기대해본적 없는 높고 광활한 뷰였습니다. 위치도 미케해변과 가깝고 주변 맛집도 많습니다. 그리도 무엇보다 호스트가 친절합니다. 건물 자체가 조금 낡았지만 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

위치와 가성비가 좋습니다 밤비행기 출국자 0.5박으로 좋아요👍🏻 짐놓고 미케비치 근방에서 놀다가 쇼핑짐정리 하고 씻고 공항가기 좋다고 생각 합니다 소음에 민감하신 분들은 ㅈㅓㄹㄷrl로 비추천 대로변 외창 입니다
