please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

Such a wonderful host! Very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect if you want something more on the quiet side and to get away from all the loud noises of Da Nang at night. Place is spacious and internet is fast and reliable. Would stay again and great place for a longer stay.

안트엉, 대학교 먹자 골목이 멀지 않아 편하고 소음도 없는 위치에 바로 앞 공원도 존재하여 탁트인 전망 입니다. 위치가 아주 좋아 추후에 다시 다낭을 방문하면 또 이용 할 예정 입니다. 세탁물이 없어서 이용하지는 않았지만 층별 공용 세탁기, 세제가 있으며 옥상에 건조 가능 합니다. 침구류가 아주 폭신하여 숙면을 취할 수 있었으며 샤워실의 뜨거운 물은 바로바로, 수압도 아주 좋게 나옵니다. 간단한 조리 도구와 베트남 호텔, 리조트 특유의 미적지근한 냉장고가 아니라 시원하고 넉넉한 용량의 냉장고가 있습니다.

We really enjoyed the two months we spent here. The views were great, and the apartment was exactly as described. The host was really responsive. We had issues with the hot water during the first couple of days and the host worked so quickly to resolve it, and we had no problems with the water after that. Responses always arrived within minutes whenever we had a question. We even booked another one of their apartments for an additional few weeks, as this one wasn't available for the dates we needed. Very happy with our experience here. Thanks Hana and Dung!

Host was communicative, very friendly and nice. She greeted us and said goodbye when we departed. She recommended shopping locations as well which was helpful. Area is great. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop. Area is mostly for tourist but 8 minutes down is where all the locals are at. Location is also close by the beach. Great experience overall. Would recommend. The WiFi was fast unlike other Airbnb locations we stayed in Vietnam.

I extend my stay here cause I felt really comfortable in that place. The flat is spacious, super clean and have all amenities and everything what I needed for a longer stay. Especially when you need to work - dedicated space, comfortable chair and fast Wi-Fi. Hosts are super friendly, always responsible and helpful with all my questions. Whole stay was a great experience in Da Nang! I really reccomend :)

The rooms are so clean and look exactly the same as in the pictures. There are a lot of Korean supermarkets around there. Owner responded very very quickly! So impressive!

Had a great stay. Well located, less than a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants with delicious, affordable food. Safe neighborhood. Kind, attentive host. Would stay here again!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!
