It’s a lovely place to stay. The host is kind and responds quickly. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

The house is clean and new, we had an wonderful time there!

Séjour très agréable. La maison était spacieuse et très bien située par rapport au bord de mer et aux restaurants et boutiques. Piscine très propre et billard très sympa sur la terrasse.

Sehr schöne geräumige Villa. Netter kontakt und auch kurzfristige Serviceleistungen waren kein Problem. Direkt am Meer, welches wunderschön und fast leer war. Privater Pool, öffentlicher Pool. Leider waren wenn man essen offen hinlegt schnell Ameisen da, ist aber halb so wild. Sollte man aber wissen wenn man empfindlich ist. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

l hote est disponible et réactif pour toutes questions. logement propre et pratique . beau point de vue . Quartier achalandé et commerçant, tout près du marché de nuit à pied ou par Grap . La plage est un peu loin, il faut un taxi . Dans l ensemble, tout s est bien passé, petit déjeuner au pied de l immeuble, restaurants au choix, petit supermarché à portée de main . Bref, je reviendrai

Location is good. Apartment is large and has a good city view. But the place was not clean, especially the bathrooms. There is always a unpleasent smell.
