everything is good, clean and spacious apartment. Mai is so friendly and warmly welcomed me. Near Helio Night market and some local restaurants, I highly recommend this place because of washing machine and dryer are available in apartment.

I definitely recommend this apartment, it was cosy, clean, has amazing view and location is perfect, 2 min walking distance from beach and many restaurants and coffee shops are walking distance. Communication was great, we even received an early check in, because it was possible. I stayed in other apartments in this building and this was the cleanest, no bad smell, beds wet comfortable also. I recommend it for short or long term stay.

Homestay mới xây, nên rất mới & sạch sẽ. Host nhiệt tình giúp đỡ đem vali lên phụ, trả lời tin nhắn nhanh chóng. Có hỗ trợ cho thuê xe tay ga. Phòng thông thoáng, rộng rãi, có khu vực bếp riêng, nhà vệ sinh riêng. Có máy giặt & khu vực phơi đồ nữa. Khu vực bếp có đầy đủ gia vị, lò vi sóng, chén bát, tủ lạnh. Phòng ngủ cách biệt, có máy sấy, tủ đồ, bàn ủi, bàn làm việc, quạt, cửa sổ thông thoáng. Phòng tắm sạch & rộng rãi, sữa tắm ko dùng sữa tắm dê mà dùng sữa tắm hazeline (1 điểm cộng). Ban công rộng rãi (tầng 4) có bàn ghế ngồi ở ngoài cũng chill, có chuẩn bị cả dù nữa. Cách âm siêu tốt, dù có nhiều công trình xung quanh. Vài điểm trừ: - thùng rác không để trong phòng tắm mà để ở dưới tủ bếp. - không cho nước suối :( - chỗ treo quần áo trong nhà tắm nằm ngay khúc thoát nước, nên lỡ mà làm rớt đồ xuống là ướt hết luôn nhen. Tổng quan là rất ưng luôn. Chúc homestay luôn giữ được chất lượng như những ngày đầu này.

The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure everything was perfect. The amenities were also great, providing everything needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Overall, Binh Stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. I would definitely stay here again!

Phuoc stay felt right at home! The downstairs stuff is wonderful and it’s convenient if you need to grab a coffee for work. It’s also a quiet location and perfect for a solo traveler. Made some new friends that I wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for staying here so thank you again and I would highly recommend!😃

I absolutely loved my time at Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even offering the convenience of early check-in and late checkout, which made my stay all the more pleasant. 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms definitely worth the money, it is an ideal place for family to stay. However, the floor is a little bit dusty, the room has lots of mosquitoes, not sure if it's the weather or something else.

The rooms are so clean and look exactly the same as in the pictures. There are a lot of Korean supermarkets around there. Owner responded very very quickly! So impressive!

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

다낭 도착후 5박묵었음 해변과 거리는 조금 있으나 근처 식당 마사지 펍들이 만아서 좋았음

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
