We had great comfortable stay at Kim’s place, nice and clean room. We felt like we are at home. Kim was very responsive throughout our stay, if you are in ho chi minh and want to stay out of city noise than i will suggest you to try Kim place.

Wow, what a place! Staying at Sky89 was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and had killer views of the city—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooftop pool? Next level. Big shoutout to Sua, our host, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. From local tips to seamless check-in, he made everything super easy and stress-free. His recommendations for food and hidden gems around the city were spot on! If you're coming to Ho Chi Minh and want a stylish, comfortable, and hassle-free stay, this is the spot. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s well-equipped with all the little convenient details that make a difference. The view is fantastic, the couch is very comfortable, and the huge 4K TV was a great bonus. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is also excellent—definitely a great place to relax. The only downside was a slight smell in the water closet rooms. Also, the location is a bit far from everything, and there aren’t too many good restaurants or cafes nearby. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay, and we’d recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing visit!

Chúng tôi thực sự thích nơi có hồ bơi. Chủ nhà rất phản hồi rất nhanh chóng và chu đáo, nơi ở giống như mô tả và cũng yêu thích môi trường xung quanh với nhiều siêu thị, nhà hàng cũng như spa và cửa hàng làm tóc. Tôi có thể giới thiệu tiệm làm tóc kiểu trang trí, nhà hàng sushi ở phía sau ngôi nhà, quán cà phê buổi sáng Sài Gòn và việc sử dụng ứng dụng Grab để đến thành phố bận rộn một cách nhanh chóng, bằng taxi.

The owners are very supportive, always available to help. I love the decoration which feels cozy and artistic. There's also a projector, which we use all the time to watch movies. We take plenty of photos there, great view, nice neighborhood.

The place was impeccably clean. We did have an electric issue and the host was able to send an electrician to resolve it very fast. The host was very responsive to text communication as well.

This is the third time I stayed at this place in the last year. It was comfortable and convenient. My stay was 4 weeks this time, so I tried using the washing machine and it worked very well. The machine had instructions in English, which made it user friendly.

I love these group of buildings and the host supplied basic cooking supplies which is rarity in Vietnam Airbnb’s so that’s a big plus for me. Would happily stay here again

The place was very nice, but it's kinda far from downtown, like 30 minutes away. There are 7eleven in front of the apartment & some local stores, so no need to worried about buying daily needs. The infinity pool in the 35th floor was on point, it was great. Living room, bedrooms, toilets are nice & clean. As for the kitchen was nice. But we're 6 people & we kinda short of the utensils. Hope you can add more utensils in the future. The landlord is friendly, the communication went well. Overall it was a nice place to stay 😊

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
