We had an excellent stay. Check in instructions were clear and they let us store baggage after checkout for a few hours. The house was clean and had lots of natural light and space. The location was terrific — walking distance to old quarter and French quarter. Would definitely recommend

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming and cozy Airbnb apt, I almost want to keep it a secret for myself! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, offering everything I needed to feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment truly provided a sense of comfort and intimacy, making it feel like a little home away from home. Me and my boyfriend even found ourselves asking each other, “Is happiness really just this simple?” It’s the kind of place where you can just be yourself and enjoy each other’s company. It's perfect for a cozy and memorable stay!

Excellent séjour à Hanoï. L’emplacement : quartier vincom times city à 30 minutes jusqu’a 45 minutes en fonction des heures en grab du vieux quartier d’Hanoi où toutes les activités et départ des excursions se trouvent. Le calme du quartier où on peut se balader sans risquer de se faire écraser comme au centre ville est un véritable plus 😅. Le moins est qu’il faut se réveiller très tôt pour arriver aux départ des excursions. Conseil: demander un départ et une arrivé de vos excursions à l’opéra d’Hanoi, c’est le lieu le plus proche de l’appartement et généralement le dernier départ avant les excursions, c’est toujours ça de gagner en sommeil… L’appartement: ce n’est pas celui en photo mais dans le même état d’esprit, literie et propreté ok. Vaisselle et couverts pas suffisant pour 3 personnes. Connexion wifi ok. L’hôte: bonne communication. Séjour: très bien

Perfect stay while I was in Ha Noi! Mr Thanh is a wonderful host and super responsive. This cosy apartment lies near Ho Tay, which IMO is much better than the “old district”. It’s surrounded by lots of convenience stores, good restaurants and a huge mall nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, plus a friendly housekeeper willing to help, really appreciate her. I highly recommend it for people seeking a quiet place to stay but still have a great location.

Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

히노이에 숙소는 skylake 자주 이용하는편인데, 어느때보다 숙소상태나 대응이 좋았습니다.

Mai's place is close everything we wanted to see, in such a walkable area. Not being accustomed to how Hanoi old town has so much built back from the main road, we were a little caught off guard about it being off the lane, but as we learned more about our surroundings we quickly found out how common this in in Hanoi. Being built back from the main road ensured we had a peaceful quiet area to return home to every day. The house itself was spotless, and they sent us great tips about where to eat. They even arranged for a van to take us back to the airport at our request. As mentioned in other reviews, there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, and I think I counted 74 stairs to the top bedroom. I'm in my 60's, had enough luggage for a six week trip, and had no trouble with the top floor. Though I did grumble a few times when I realized I forgot something when we were on our way out. The value for money is great, and the beds were the best in our whole trip.

Most efficient host with lots of information to share. Very responsive and communicative. Recommendations galore and help with transport information was very useful. The place is clean and comfortable. Away from the street so quiet. Nice touches too. Highly recommended for short stays in Hanoi.

The location of this place is brilliant for anyone wanting to be in the heart of chaotic Old Town. The entrance is tucked between two shops on a busy street, but the apartment is away from the street. The layout is living and bathroom on ground floor, then 3 bedrooms on a floor each above. The stairs are VERY steep. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are the type where the shower is in the same room as toilet and bason, a wet room style. Friendly host, lots of food places nearby, and only a minute walk to the lake. Good value for money.

tung was an amazing host. always responsive and so flexible. we were able to leave our bags on last day which was a life-saver. super accommodation. very central. spotlessly clean. close to everything. highly recommended. we will be back.

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Rất gọn gàng, có thể sạch hơn một chút nhưng chung quy xứng đáng với giá tiền. Cầu thang nhỏ nên nếu mang hành lý to mà ở tầng cao nên lưu ý vì có 5 tầng mà không có thang máy. Host rất nice, và giúp đỡ rất nhiệt tình. Gần trung tâm nên giá cũng rất ok.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

I can't commend enough of Huy's place. It's got everything I need, and more. It is even better than the pictures. One minute there is the lake; around it and through the alleys one is able to walk in peace, and get to a shop or a place without having to worry too much about motorbikes. Try decoding the alleys; it is fun. For those who complained about being "so close" to other houses, you might as well not come to Vietnam. And quite honestly, from a local perspective, Huy's place is not too close to the neighbors at all. Should one like to be outside without going outside, the balcony already offers a pleasurable vantage point, a nicely tucked smoke spot, from which one is able to see staples of Hanoi living, if not occasionally be awarded some peculiar details, but there's more: a roof terrace awaits you where you can sit and look at a good part of the town all day long without being seen. If I ever visit Hanoi again I will not hesitate to choose Huy's place again.

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

位置很方便，附近就是日本街，饭店很多。而且楼下有超市，购物自己做饭也方便。

We had a great time at Diep's place. The apartment was as described. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and flawless. The host gave us personal recommendations to move around which were great. We felt like we had a friend who took care of a lot things for us here in this new place. The apartment is at a walking distance to all the major attractions and is a bit away as well in a separate street from the crowd making the stay peaceful and comfortable. I would highly recommend Diep's place to anyone staying in Hanoi.
