Gutes Apartment mit sehr leckeren Frühstück. Nguyen hat uns Fahrräder zu einem günstigen Preis ausgeliehen und für 200.000 VND durften wir sogar bis 20 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben was uns den Reisetag deutlich vereinfacht hat. Nguyen war immer sehr freundlich.

Jennifer and her husband went above and beyond for me helping me when I was injured and giving me a ride to the hospital and staying with me. I can’t thank them enough for their genuine good heartedness. They have a lovely home with the best breakfast and beautiful property. I will always remember Ninh Bình as a place of genuine caring people ❤️❤️

Clean and excellent location for a great price. We stayed one night just because the other place we booked was not available for that night. Wished we stayed here the entire time. Many places in this area smell moldy but this place did not. Walk in minutes to the Main Street but quite from the noise. Bed is on the firm side.

Super esperienza! Le proprietarie dell hotel sono incredibilmente disponibili, in qualsiasi momento. Gentili e simpatiche. Ti aiutano per noleggio scooter, bici, tour, biglietti del bus ad un ottimo prezzo. La camera è pulitissima, spaziosa, in ottimo stato. Acqua ogni giorno. La colazione è ottima, a buffet, internazionale. Siamo stati davvero bene, nonostante ci aspettassimo un appartamentino (c era scritto cucina disponibile, ma in sé non è così) ci hanno trattato così bene e siamo stati così bene che torneremmo di sicuro in questo hotel.

Excellent stay! The host is very welcoming. Our bus arrived at 4am and she offered us a spare room to finish our night. We were also able to borrow bikes free of charge. The breakfast included was very good! Thank you very much! The best stay in Vietnam

Had a fantastic stay! The location is great—very central and close to an amazing brunch spot. The host was super helpful, offering laundry services and bike/bicycle rentals, which made exploring the area so convenient. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. WiFi worked well, and there was no road noise, making it a peaceful place to stay. The bathroom was also spotless. Plus, the host was incredibly responsive and always quick to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay! The hosts are lovely and very helpful. The room was nice, quiet and clean. The area by the pool is also great to relax. The breakfast included was delicious and the food in general is great and at a good price. The location is perfect, nearby trang an unesco site and the dragon viewpoint, you can easily cycle to those and free bicycle are available.

I really couldn’t recommend Bac’s Homestay more. A great location with incredible views, a very nice room and a wonderful family Staff. Bac made excellent recommendations on what to do and how to avoid the crowds. If I am lucky enough to return to Trang An, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Our family loved our stay at Van's place. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the shower and bath were very nice. We were greeted by staff at The Wooden Gate who quickly checked us in and gave us suggestions of things to do in the area. Breakfast each morning was delicious and even though it was a bit cooler during our stay, the pool looked lovely. The gardens the surround the property are well maintained and beautiful. It was super convenient for Van to arrange our transportation to and from his place! Highly recommend Van's place next time you're in Ninh Binh.

Das Zimmer war gut. Kein Luxus aber alles da was man braucht und super gelegen. Frühstück war auch lecker und ausreichend. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir die Gegend weiträumig erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

very lovely host and staffs. I didn't get the listed room due to prior guest's changed of schedule. The bungalow I was assigned to was a lot smaller (would be very inconvenient if you are traveling with big luggages). there are a lot of bugs in the area, so highly recommend to bring bug repellent spray/cream. there were 2 times the entire unit had power outage (just something to be expected for the area), but it was inconvenient because the entire unit was so dark and stuffy without light and AC, and the hot water would not work once the power is out. the airbnb is super close to the Trang An boat rides, and about 10min drive to then old town walk and 20min drives to other popular attractions. A big plus isnthat they provide free breakfast with a lot of options and with drink, fruits, yogurt.
