I went to this True B&B because the reviews were so very positive. I expected a lovely charming home and a great sleep and a wonderful breakfast. I expected a lovely host, and to feel welcome and at home. Even my high expectations were surpassed. Read the reviews to understand what a gem this is. Excellent value. Don’t expect to be hungry for lunch if Theresa feeds you breakfast unless you eat before 7:00 am!!!

The Greystone is the best B&B within the Niagara on the Lake area. The rooms are beautiful the bathrooms have everything that you need the breakfast is yummy and huge. Nikki is very friendly and caring. You come as a stranger and you leave as a friend

This is the third time we have stayed with Carla and we love how she cares so much about all of the little details of her B&B. Carla is very welcoming and is a lovely person to know. The surrounding nature is absolutely beautiful and we had a restful sleep. I would recommend staying with Carla if you are passing through Jordan Station.

Clean, well equipped, stylish and comfortable rooms

We loved staying wirh Kads and Pran - our 3 nights were not nearly long enough. Super friendly hosts, our three teen girls adored them - and the great breakfasts! The Tea Cosy is just as lovely as in the pictures. We spent the last 3 days of our vacation wirh Kads and Pran and couldn't have wished for a better B&B, greater hosts and overall fantastic time and entertaining and insightful discussions that will stay with us and made the perfect ending to our trip.

We had such a great experience. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Amazing gardens surround the pool (which was always at the perfect temperature) and the steam shower was a great way to finish a day of being out and about. The location is centrally located to whatever you want to do (restaurants, wineries, hiking, sight seeing etc). Brian and Jan truly try to meet all your needs, going above and beyond what you typically might expect from a B&B. They have thought of every small detail. And of course, the breakfasts - all homemade - were amazing and something we looked forward to each morning. We are already talking of when we can return!

Staying at the Bushy House B&B was the highlight of our trip! Jodie is an excellent host in every realm, and we were constantly blown away by all the signature touches. The breakfast baskets were stunning, both in presentation and taste! We loved watching the birds in the garden, as well as exploring the paths along the lake that were located almost directly across the street. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, both for downtown and surrounding wineries. We sincerely hope to visit again, and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing B&B to enhance their trip.

Beautiful and peaceful bnb located amongst the vineyards, close to everything . My husband and I were given the suite and it was humongous to say the least. The house is gorgeous and Diane had suggestions and even gave us coupons for wineries around the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be during our stay in Niagara!

We very much enjoyed our stay with David and Martha. First, the home itself is spectacular! If you’ve seen the TV show Timber Kings, you can see here first-hand an example of classic log home building with modern amenities and decor inside. Just wow. Second, we love the traditional Bed and Breakfast situation. You will be staying as a personal guest in their home, and joining them for a delicious breakfast. They made us feel like family. Comfortable private bedroom, and a bathroom that would potentially be shared with another BnB guest. There wasn’t anyone else, so we had it all to ourselves. David offered local suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We didn’t want to go far, so we walked 2 minutes down the road to a great Thai restaurant and grabbed takeout. When we returned David had put out plates, utensils and wine glasses for us! So thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing, and the hosts shared stories about some of the interesting people they have hosted over the years.

Mandy was a great host! My parents had a great time at her property. She left them complimentary snacks and fruits and was very welcoming. The place was perfect and clean and very close to downtown port dover! We will be back for sure

Great place to stay while visiting Ellicottville. The space was very clean and Deb and JY were friendly and accommodating.

We have never felt as welcome and comfortable at a B&B as we did at Chic and Dwight’s. Dwight showed us around and pointed out and explained everything that we needed to know for our comfort and safety. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated and is also beautifully homey and welcoming. The grounds are gorgeous and it is easy to walk to restaurants. The daily fresh baked cookies and fruit in our room was especially nice. The hearty breakfasts were beautifully presented and every bite was delicious. Chic and Dwight were perfect hosts and readily available to answer questions, provide suggestions for things to do or places to eat, or to just take time to talk. It was a wonderful experience. We would go again.

Our stay at the Italian suite was simply wonderful! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The suite itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the sights and sounds of the city. We especially loved the attention to detail in the suite, from the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the Italian suite to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area. Grazie mille to our amazing host!

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls! 10 min walk to everything. Bed was comfortable too. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at Joe & Kimiko’s place during Christmas time. The location is very good and within walkable distance to major touristic spots. Joe & Kimiko also provided an amazing breakfast everyday which was a big plus. Overall , we very much recommend staying at their place.

We had a great stay at Huaying serene farm. Everything was exactly as described, clean and comfortable rooms and and the breakfast was delicious! I will highly recommend to do the wine testing as well her Chardonnay is world renowned and she gave us discount on the wine tasting. Thank you Huaying for your hospitality we hope to be back soon!

Lovely place, had an amazing time.

Kristi could not have been a more kinda and gracious host. She not only provided a lovely home and very comfortable sleeping space, she provided a loving emotional space for a weary traveler. Everyone alludes to her warm and welcoming spirit and they did not exaggerate. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very responsive. It was perfect for a relaxing cozy night after walking around the falls. Also, loved that it was an actual bnb and we got breakfast!

Two people walk into a bed-and-breakfast… The magic is abundant at this peaceful and cozy stay by the lake. Mandy‘s heart shines through in the comfort and love experienced when staying at 47 Hummingbird Haven.

The host family has 6 small children and all are friendly. Overall a good stay.

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Niagara Falls, enhanced by the wonderful accommodations of Diana’s home. She and her staff of family and friends were incredibly responsive. They attended to everything, nothing was overlooked. The home was recently beautifully remodeled. Our room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the mini fridge was nicely stocked. Each evening we made our selections for breakfast and in the morning we were offered more than expected. We were pampered like celebrities. We hugged like family when we left. We were sad to leave, but we knew we’d see them again the next time we’re in Niagara Falls. We are happy to give Diana our highest rating.

Our stay truly couldn’t have been better! The room was gorgeous and so spacious with some of the best bed linen I’ve ever felt!! The house was a quick walk through a gorgeous neighbourhood to get to the downtown area but it was far enough away that it was quiet and so peaceful. What really stood out to us though was our incredible hosts. Tony and Bonnie were so welcoming and friendly with amazing communication from the beginning. We felt so at home! And to end off our time there they served us a freshly made breakfast and coffee and had a lovely chat with us and the other guests. It was such a blast staying here! We couldn’t recommend Tony’s place more, we’ll definitely be back!!
