For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

Great host and very nice clean place in the center of attractions

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We rented the entire Inn and had plenty of room for our large family to spend time together. Had everything we needed to prepare meals while we were there. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We really appreciated being able to check in a little early too.

This was a great place to stay for our getaway. We visited the Badlands and Belfountain Conservation area both of which were close by. We wished we had planned to stay for longer as there are more beautiful conservation areas to see and also a sunflower farm. The Room (Badlands Suite) is on top of the General Store. It is a beautiful historic building. There was a window air conditioner in our room so we were very comfortable. The bed was great. The woman running the store downstairs was super friendly and helpful. There is a nice patio out back and chairs by the river for relaxing. We will come again for sure. Thank you Glen!

The South Landing is the perfect place to refill your batteries. The place is lovely and causy, everything is built with attention to details, and so was the room. Very important to mention is the awesome and really really tasty breakfast, which is actually selfmade. The Surroundings are phenomenal.

This is our new happy place! We really enjoy our time at the Big Tree. It is clean, comfortable, convenient and the restaurant is delicious!

I’ve wanted to stay at The Big Tree Inn since I was a student in Geneseo in ‘77! It’s now a quaint Airbnb, perfectly located in the center of the village. Built in 1833, this beautiful inn has historic charm you won’t get at the Hilton. My room was small but clean and cozy. The host, April was very responsive and communicated clearly. I highly recommend staying here but book in advance as it fills up quickly.

Great stay in a lovely, cozy spot. Jessica provided a wonderful, personalized welcome kit with some local goodies that really made our stay extra special. Orangeville has some good things on offer and this is a good homebase from which to enjoy them.

Great place, just as pictured. We were really only there to sleep, but bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Was off season, so the town was pretty dead, but still a fun stay. There was at least one other unit rented while we were there and you could hear them laughing, but in all fairness they sounded like they were just having a good time.

Beautiful inn. Room was great. We ate dinner at the restaurant and that was excellent, too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I enjoyed our girls' trip to NOTL in the Lillibet suite. The host provided clear instructions and check in was a breeze. Sleeps 2 so comfortably. She had all the little amenities there to make one feel right at home, including kitchen essentials, slippers, and bathroom supplies such as makeup wipes and toothbrushes! I've never stayed in such a well thought out air bnb. We enjoyed the Irish pub downstairs for its live music. Everything is close by. thank you, we will come back soon.

I have started travelling recently, its been couple of months. And by far this is the best place I have come across. Host (Tiffany) was very responsive and always helpful in case of any information. Room was beautiful and clean with fully equipped kitchenette, laundry inside the building, which is very convenient . And there are lot of things to do in lake Chautauqua. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area. :)

4 stars hotel like. Its quiet, the service is perfect I am super satisfied.
